It was terrible weather today and Brian called to let me know he was going to be a bit late--appreciated the call. Arrived sooner than I expected given the weather/road conditions. Completed all repairs I had on my list and did it in less time than i anticipated. I had purchased and Angie's deal for 3 hours and was expected that it would take longer than 3 hours. Very knowledgeable, professional, and did exceptional work. I would definitely use again and also refer to friends! Brian was great. He was on time, professional, and came with his own tools. It was easy to ask about basic home projects. I would definitely use him for future projects and would highly recommend him!!

We had them in the past with other projects and they seemed to do a good job. They're pretty good. We've used them on a number of different projects and we keep coming back to them. The price is very competitive.

They were quick, prompt, and neat. They did a good job. He did what I wanted. He is easy to work with.

Initial contact was great. The owner came by immediately to board up damaged door until they could fix it. said he would personally do the door Friday. Didn't happen until Tuesday and he sent people I had not met to do it while I was not home. That was not sensitive to the situation, but I had to get it done and tried to be understanding. I came home to work that was very disappointing... dented door, cracked wall, and the lock wasn't functioning properly (when you looked inside the plate was sitting at a 45 degree angle). They cleaned up the big stuff and threw the little trash into my garden which was snowed over before I came home. The owner was very understanding and came out personally to fix the problems. He agreed to make it right. There were also some missed steps that they would be back to do. He said they would be there that Saturday and came approx 2 weeks later with no warning they would be there or that they were there.

I emailed the contact address and the response to my original request for consultation was received within a few hours. Brian, the president, came out to perform the consultation and was very thorough and friendly, and I felt a level of confidence and trustworthiness right away. Once work began, every person that came to work on the various facets of the job was polite, courteous, very professional and respectful of my time and property. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner, everything was neatly finished with no messes left behind. Brian also worked with me to provide suggestions on the best way to complete the repairs to make things even better than they were before the storm. All in all I was very pleased with the quality of work and the overall professionalism and friendliness of everyone involved. I would use STVC again without hesitation!

Small Town Values Contracting does an excellent job working with the customer. They listen to our needs, give us options, assist in insurance paperwork, help us narrow down choices, work within our budget, and then follow the project through each step to completion. STVC had a cadre of professionals to do the varied work (siding crew, abatement, etc.) but also was willing to get their own hands dirty to complete the small projects in a high quality and professional way. It's the best of contracting and home town handyman. We are very pleased with the work. Projects don't seem so intimidating anymore and our house has never looked better.
