I had a Groupon and used Reflections. Two gentlemen arrived on time and were very informative. There was some kind of miscommunication given by the scheduler on the price since we have the French style windows with the muntin glass panels. I wish it was mentioned up front that I should clean the screens or they could for an extra fee. But it worked out okay and I learned something new - clean screens are crucial to clean windows! What a difference a good cleaning makes!

This is the second time we've had Reflections Window Washing clean our windows. Bryan and his team did a great job once again. They do excellent work.

I found them on Angie's List's preferred providers. He had a deal on the computer and I called him back again this year for window washing because I was pleased with the job he did last year. It was a really awesome deal and he had a lot more responses than he had expected, so he had to hire more people to cover the demand. He does a really nice job and I am really pleased with him. It took him 3 hours and he didn’t have any helpers with him because it was a rainy day. He didn’t know if I wanted him to come out, but I knew that the rain would lighten up. I wanted it done before I had a bridal shower.

They did a good job on cleaning the windows. They did it quickly and easily. I would use them again in the future. On a side note, you do have to clean the window sills yourself.

Shortly thereafter, our family experienced a loss of employment. I contacted Bryan Guenther to cancel the service and request a refund. He was sympathetic and completely cooperative. He continued to call me back each time I left him a message regarding the status of the refund process. In spite of being incredibly busy due to this promotion, he always managed to carve out time to make sure my calls were returned. Pretty impressive, considering I was requesting a refund! Thank you for your kindness during a rough time, Bryan. We'll be in touch soon, I'm happy to report.

Holy COW! This guy absolutely BLEW ME AWAY with his commitment to my windows. He did a lot of extra work for free (hosing down my screens, attempting to get rid of old stains with a very light steel wool, replacing broken thumb screws for some of my windows, etc.) When he was done - and he took the whole day and then some - my house looked brand new! The windows were SO clean and they had never looked that clean since I've lived in my home (eight years)! I received this work as part of a promotion tied in with Angie's List. I cannot imagine he broke even with my job. He had an assistant and he was at my home for a full day for around $300 in the end. It just doesn't add up and I can't believe he would be able to give that dedication for that price for every job he books - but I really don't know. And, to be sure, the man has a passion for exceeding expectations and, most importantly, cleaning windows. He was more thorough than I would have been and I am VERY detail oriented! I'd hire this guy again in a heartbeat.

We liked everything about them. They were professional. They were pretty busy because of the special deal that they had at that time. So they could not schedule the appointment quickly. I called them in May and they said that they were all lined up till 12th of July. But they came on time on the date that they had scheduled the appointment.

Everything was fine. They did a great job, and took enough time to make sure everything was done well.

They did a great job. We had some difficulty with scheduling because of the rainy summer - we had two dates that got rained out and had to be rescheduled. I worked with Brian and he fit us into their schedule as fast as possible. They worked quickly and professionally, and I will hire them again this fall. Brian is like most folks these days -- he works from his cell phone. If you leave a message, he will call you back almost immediately (if he's not in the middle of a job). I found it easy to work with him and his crew. Thanks to the Angie's List Big Deal, we discovered a great service provider that we will work with every year.

Brian's team of Matt and Isaac where a littie early and went right to work on the windows. With the extension ladder they had no problem reaching the upper windows. GREAT JOB! I am no longer looking at dirt.

The workmen were friendly, courteous, and professional. Some workers stop working when you talk to them, but the Reflection guys went right on working. It took them about an hour and a half to do my 2-story home. It was overall a great experience!

Brian and his team were professional and punctual - and very serious about doing the best work possible. Some of my windows had hard water stains, which I wasn't even aware of, and they took great pains to eliminate all stains and marks. I had them back to wash the insides of the windows and again, their work was above and beyond. They remembered that some of the hard water sports on the outside hadn't completely been eliminated from the previous time and went back over them - this was without any complaint from me or me asking them to do it. They also rewashed two outside windows because when cleaning the inside, they thought they could have looked better. What a treat to have this great group. My windows had not been washed for some time and they look wonderful. I plan to have them back every year.

Bryan and his crew arrived on time, were very organized, and did the best window cjeaning service that we have ever had. They checked all the windows before they left, just to be sure that even one smudge could not be seen. Wow! This was the best window cleaning company that ever could be chosen.
