I had avery good experience with this company. They were extremely polite and professional, brought a large number of employees in order to get the job done quickly, did a very good, high quality job and were very easy to work with. We plan to use them again this Summer.

It was a young crew that showed up but they were very professional, courteous and thorough with their work. They hadn't maxed out my credit from the deal so rather than ending early, they offered to use a stronger wash on a couple windows that had hard water scaling on it and SCRUBBED to get them clean. My windows looked great afterwards!

We got the deal through the Angie's list promotion, but what we didn't understand at the time that every pane of glass (about 8x12 inches) counts as a window. It turned out to be quite expensive, so we only had them do the top floor, and I did the rest myself. The quality of the work itself was fine, but the pricing structure wasn't reasonable.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Reflections. The work was well done at a fair price by the owner.

They did an excellent. We were very pleased with the results as the windows hadn't been cleaned on the outside for a few years. They called before coming and were willing to work with our schedules. They showed up on time and windows were sparkling when they finished. I would definitely recommend them.

Reflections Window Washing washed all the windows inside and out on our home before our son's high school graduation. We hadn't had them cleaned in a few years and it made a big difference. They were prompt, responsive, and professional. They had no trouble with any of the windows, even the ones in the back of the house about 30 feet above ground level. Outside of the clean windows they left everything perfectly as they it was when they came.

Bryan did an awesome job. He is very respectful, very careful with his work and is eager to try to build his reputation based on positive customer interactions.I would definitely use him again!!

It took several calls to get the exact date scheduled as there was some confusion between my job and another job. Window washing went smoothly.

I don't remember the exact date or amount we spent, it was so long ago now. What I do remember was that it was an Angie's list special that I signed up for. Everything was great about the company except for one thing - they were very precise on just exactly what pane I wanted washed and how much extra it would cost, and with a house with 52 double hung windows, that's a lot of panes. So if I pointed to a window I wanted washed we had to count the panes, adjust the price for the size of the window, run it by me and ask if it was still okay to wash the window. I would have been better off getting an estimate for the windows I wanted washed and then let them go at it instead of fielding questions all day. Basically it turned out to be time consuming for me and that's why I gave it some B's.

Everything went very well. They called me back and set up a time. They came when they said and completed the work and were very professional. I was very pleased with their work and would hire them again.

He arrived on time and then had me show him the windows to be cleaned. He was a very hard worker and he worked at a steady pace the entire time he was here. He was extremely friendly and polite. When he was finished, he also washed the inside and outside of our front glass storm door. The windows looked absolutely gorgeous and we enjoyed the fall even more than usual viewing it out of our sparkling clean windows. We have never had our windows professionally cleaned and we found that it was worth every penny - what a remarkable difference clean windows make in one's home!
