Description of Work: They cleaned/washed my windows. Changed it up a bit. Instead of doing 24 outside/inside windows . . they washed ALL of the outside windows.. It proved to be a great exchange as outside is much more difficult. Our windows sparkled. Purified water was used and they were VERY clean I would indeed use them again

Description of Work: I called them to have our windows done prior to hosting my daughters graduation party on June 12th. We used them before and thought they did a good job. This time when they arrived he quoted me a price of $175, but a few minutes in he came back and said he was wrong and it would be $375. With only a few days until the party, I knew I didn't have any choice but to pay. I felt they rushed through the house and were sloppy. There were puddles of water by the inside windows on the hardwood floors I had to wipe up. As stated previously, we used them before and was happy, however this time not only was the price an issue, the work was not high quality.

 + 0 moreBryan and his helper were very professional, very fast, very thorough, very polite and considerate. They were to come around 3:30 in the afternoon, but that day one of their crew members was ill. I received a phone message early in the morning to report that they would be about an hour late because of that. I got a call right after lunch again to ascertain that I'd received that message and asking for permission to still come, even though they would be later than originally agreed to. And, I received one more call when they were on their way. So, indeed they showed up according to the newly agreed to schedule. They set up ladders and got to work right away. They did a beautiful job, taking pride in their work. It was a joy to have clean windows without effort on my part. I would hire this company again.
Description of Work: Please note that the price reflects an Angie's List Big Deal offer. They cleaned the outside of every window and the inside of selected windows, per our agreement.

I called and requested service within a short time window and he rearranged his schedule to do the work so the windows would be clean before listing our house for sale. The attention to detail on the work was second to none and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. Would definitely hire him again.
