I got a call from the window washing company, updating me on the time of arrival, which I appreciated. The window washer arrived, communicated with me in a clear, friendly manner; performed the work quickly and expertly, threw in an excellent piece of advice about replacing a scratched plexiglas storm window with regular glass, cleaned up nicely after himself, and threw in extras--front and back door window cleaning. Aces!

A few weeks before the appointment, a confirmation phone call was received from the contractor. An hour and one-half before the appointment, they called to say they were running a little behind. One member of the crew showed up shortly after the appointment time to start the cleaning, while two others arrived shortly after. The number of windows that needed to be cleaned was confirmed, and the cleaning progressed. Windows with broken seals were identified. Windows with accumulated calcium from siding cleaning by painters were also identified. They covered the floor of areas that they worked on inside that needed ladders. Cleanup of equipment was completed with satisfaction. A estimate for cleaning in the future was provided along with a discount.

very professional, thoughtful and thorough. pointed out problems with certain windows (which we knew had a problem beforehand, but was glad that he confirmed the issue) and was very thorough in cleaning even the skylight windows which were hard to reach. great customer service - very satisfied!

Some windows were missed. I could not check their work before they left because I had other contractors on site that I was interacting with at the time. They weren't asked to wash all the windows so it may have been confusing for the crew. I think that they or the homeowner should mark each window with a grease pen before they start and then a quick check for the marks would be all that's required afterwards.

Bryan couldn't have been more professional or more customer-service oriented if he tried. Great experience from start to finish, in spite of a rain delay, followed by an employee emergency-related delay. He more than made up for inconveniences out of his control, and did so with a positive, upbeat attitude. The quality of the work done is top notch; his determination to make things work smoothly was deeply appreciated. (FYI: My previous experience with two Angie's List Big Deals were disappointing--one flat out offensive, thanks to how Angie's List mishandled it. This was going to either be strike three or a base hit. Thankfully, Bryan made it a grand slam home run. He's definitely got my business moving forward, and may have saved Angie's LIst from losing a long time customer.)

Reflections did a great job. Matt was on-time, a hard worker and clearly a perfectionist. I was very happy with the performance and could highly recommend them.

From our first conversation in response to my signing up for their offer they, they couldn't have been more professional, cordial and pleasant to deal with. When they had to change our date because of an illness with one of their crew, they asked first if it was ok. and then made sure that I was ok with the next date. I received a call the day before they were coming and the worker called to say he would be a little bit delayed and then came right on time for the new time sent. He apologyzed for the delay. He was very professional, cordial and pleasant to have around. Their work was outstanding and I will definetly use them again and recommend them to friends.

I signed up for the $85 deal for 25 window panes inside and outside. Bryan contacted me within a day or so to schedule the appointment. Due to the responses he had received from the Angie's deal, I had to wait a few weeks, but to me it was a reasonable time frame. Matt and Paul arrived on time and in a very professional and friendly manner introduced themselves and told me they would circle my house to check out what needed to be done. I added a couple of additional panes and a very small chandelier in the entry foyer that is tough to reach so paid about $17 extra. They proceeded with their work very carefully and efficiently. I appreciated that they first asked if they could move something before doing so and offered to move things back after they finished. They were very careful with using towels to avoid any splattering onto the woodwork. It took them a little over 2 hours to complete the project. My windows look fabulous! I can not believe the difference. Overall, it was a great experience. I was very impressed with Matt and Paul's excellent work and customer service.

I took advantage of an Angie's List promotion. I immediately received an email from Bryan and proceeded to set up an appointment. Bryan and team were responsive, professional, easy to set up an appointment with, they cleaned my exterior windows and a handful of screens perfectly. I have two gates in my backyard and both gates were closed when I got home...very important when you have dogs. Other than my sparkling windows and clean screens, you would have never known that the window washing team had been to my home. Fantastic! Would definitely use again.

I took advantage of an Angie's List "Big Deal" offering $140 worth of window cleaning for $85. To save myself having to clean windows, I jumped at the offer. Well, after my experience, I would have gone ahead and paid the $140 and will definitely contact this company again next spring! Bryan and I had numerous phone conversations because Mother Nature was simply not cooperating with our appointment. We had to reschedule three or four times because if was always pouring with rain on the day of my appointment. Bryan always called and apologized for the inconvenience and had a new appointment set up in 24 hours. We finally got a nice day. Bryan and Paul were right on time and went to work. They were friendly and hard working. They explained what they would do and kept me updated as to their progress. They were very careful in and out of my home. My windows and screens are sparkling and I'm asking myself "why have I not hired someone in the past to clean my windows??" Well, I certainly will in the future and I certainly will call Bryan at Reflections!

Paul and Matt were on time and got to work immediately. It took two hours for them to wash all outside windows and screens. The were very professional, organized and efficient. They did a superb job getting all the windows spotlessly clean. We couldn't be happier and willcertainly use them in the future. I highly recommend them.

I don’t remember how much the bid amount was. I had a coupon for them from Angie’s list through one of the big deals and that’s why I’m going with them. They returned my phone calls. Then we set up an appointment. Everything was done in a timely fashion. That’s the only interaction I had with them. I would use their services again in the future.

WOW. I regret not having every window in my home done. The windows look so spectacular, the windows I didn't have done look awful. The gentlemen that came were prompt, polite, and cleaned the inside of my windows quickly so I could leave for an appointment as they finished up outside. The windows look absolutely gorgeous. I have some huge windows, and there were no hidden costs--the gentleman I spoke with on the phone explained that if it's a big one, it counts as two windows. Easy math. Then, when the guys were there, they told me I have UNDER counted, so I got three more windows cleaned! What honesty. There really was no way I would have known that, but they spent the extra time to clean the windows. I also really appreciate that they told me my high windows really only would need an interior cleaning once every other year--there was no big upsell, just an honest opinion. For that, I'm having them back EVERY year. Awesome.

They needed to cancel the first appointment because of rain, but made every effort to get us in the next week. They arrived promtly and worked efficiently. They were friendly and professional. They cleaned some extra weindows and doors.

I took advantage of an Angie's List special. For $75 they would wash up to 45 windows. Brian arrived promptly at the decided hour and did a walk around the house to count the panes. When he returned he told me that I still had some credit and would I like some of the interior windows washed like the hard to reach one by the stairs. I gladly took him up on that. Two more workers came and they did a very good job. My window's were filthy and they went over them multiple times to get rid of the grime that had built up on them over the long winter

Bryan Guenther owns this business and he is the person who arranged the appointment as well as washed the windows and screens. Bryan did a great job on all accounts and I was totally comfortable with him during every phase of the job. Most of all, my husband is pretty fussy about how the windows are cleaned and he was very positive about the job Bryan did. Several days later, my husband commented to me that he was really glad I went ahead and hired Bryan rather than wait for him to find time to wash the windows and screens. That is a huge compliment!

Set up appointment one month out. No problem. Recieved call day before to confirm. Workers arrived on time and completed project in timely manner. Recieved report of problem windows on completion.

Bryan and Matt did an excellent job. Bryan worked out the number of windows and cost savings to make sure we were all on the same page. Even after they completed the project, they noticed a couple of windows were not quite clear after drying, so they did those windows again. Credit them for attention to detail! Sparkling performance and results.

Brian was very quick in answering our phone call and fit us in within a week. He did the windows himself and was very thorough and professional. He did a couple extra windows on his own initiative and was able to give us information about water damage. I will use him again and will recommend him to friends.
