Called the vendor...asked him if he provided such service...said he didn't. What the heck Angie's List...you've got someone getting an 'A' for lawn care and they don't actually do the work...come on! And by the way guy, maybe you should be a little more responsive and professional on the phone. We won't be referring you to anyone any time soon.

They come weekly and mow and it costs $40 a time. The owner is really very good. If there is a problem, he will take care. Sometimes when he sends somebody over and if they have a problem and if I call him, he gets it fixed right away. They also clear our driveway in the winter. He has staff that does it. He doesn’t do it himself. My mother-in-law has been using them for probably seven or eight years. I would continue to use them in the future.

The thing that I like about Marchrom is that they always come at least once a week. In case they can?t make it, they?ll schedule to come out the next day or the previous day. They do a really good job. They are also very reliable.

PERHAPS I AM EXPECTING TOO MUCH, BUT IN MY BUSINESS I MAKE ALL ATTEMPTS TO RETURN ALL CALLS WITHIN 24 HOURS. EVEN IF I DO NOT HAVE THE INFORMATION AND CANNOT HELP THE PERSON I STILL SHOW THEM THE COURTESY OF A RETURN CALL. I CAN ONLY ASSUME THAT THIS COMPANY DID NOT PROVIDE THIS SERVICE OR DID NOT HAVE STAFF TO TAKE ON AN ADDITIONAL CLIENT. I GUESS I WILL NEVER KNOW. IN THE FUTURE I WOULD SUGGEST YOU RETURN ALL CALLS RECEIVED. WITH A SIMPLE PROFESSIONAL RETURN PHONE CALL OR EVEN A NICE VOICE MAIL, YOU COULD BE TALKING TO SOMEONE WITH THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN FUTURE BUSINESS. YOU NEVER KNOW.

HER YARD HAS A VERY STEEP HILL IN THE BACK. SHE WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS QUICKLY AND KEEP THEIR EQUIPMENT IN TIP-TOP SHAPE. THEY ALSO OFFERED TO DO 'OCCASIONAL' SNOWPLOWING ON AN 'AS NEEDED' OR 'BY REQUEST' SERVICE AND SAID THEY WOULD RETURN TO CLEAR THE END OF THE DRIVEWAY AFTER THE SNOWPLOW PASSED AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. THEY COST MORE THAN THE LAST SERVICE WE HAD, BUT THEY ARE DOING A MUCH BETTER JOB.
