"Awful. This company has good reviews but was absolutely awful for me. Called because of a water leak which is supposed to be one of their specialties. They had me hire a separate inspector/specialist to evaluate the home exterior. They then tore a hole in our kitchen ceiling looking for the water leak. When they had difficulty identifying the origin of the leak they simply abandoned the project with a hole in the middle of our kitchen ceiling. Finding water leaks is difficult and I don't blame for having difficulty locating the leak but abandoning the project with a gaping hole in our kitchen is really extraordinarily bad service."

"Durapro does great work. Andrew’s team of Michael and Alexander did a fantastic job of restoring our front farmer’s porch and back deck. They scraped, filled, sanded and painted the railings, which were in need of some serious TLC. They look great! They prepped and stained the decking to make it like new as well. Mike and Alex work well as a team and communicated with us as the project was going on. Andrew runs a top notch business and was very good at informing us on the timing as well as showing up at our home to be sure the project was running smoothly. This is the second project we’ve used Durapro for - the first one was replacing our popcorn ceilings with a nice knockdown finish to match the one we had in adjacent rooms. Again, Andrew and his team did a great job at a reasonable price. We would definitely hire them again!"

His crew did a great job painting the exterior of our home, staining the front of our property, and detailing the trim work. The total cost people included some carpentry work that one of his subcontractors assisted with, replacing boards on our home and deck. Overall, great experience!"

"We unfortunately didn’t have a good experience with Wow. We selected a matte sheen for our interior and they used velvet, didn’t repair nail pops, & used a long nap roller, leaving an orange peel texture on our previously smooth walls. We had some areas needing sanding which were not properly done. To be fair, when we raised concerns, they returned promptly & did a nice job fixing the exterior. They applied 1 coat of matte to the interior, again using long rather than short nap roller we requested. 1 coat didn’t fully cover the shine and orange peel remained. My husband preferred to attempt a fix ourselves rather than having them return again, so we told them it was better. We told them we applied a 2nd matte coat with a short nap roller to further reduce shine and smooth the walls. They did not acknowledge this or offer any rectification. We paid $2400 for our interior, applied 2nd coat ourselves, and are stuck either living with orange peel or paying another company to fix it."
