I initiated contact through my home warranty company. They called Luikens and told me that Luikens would call me back to set up an appointment. 10 days later, I called the home warranty company to say that I hadn't heard anything, and they called Luikens again. This time Luikens called me back and we made an appointment for "After 2:15pm on Friday, June 12th" but they never showed up. Technically they never gave an end date and time to that appointment window, but after 2 months I'm pretty sure they're not coming.
Description of Work: The provider was terrible at returning phone calls, and then failed to show up for our appointment.

Called in and they came the same afternoon. Friendly service provider worked quickly to get the job done! They were recommended by a friend and I would most definitely recommend them to others!!! They replaced a gas shut off valve and checked out the furnace.
