Description of Work: Excellent assistance with fabrics, colors, suggestions. Timely on all things and wonderful to work with until I paid the last bill. I would like firmer cushions on a sectional couch, have some pillows on order and still owe them for one table. Have called three times in the last month and have not gotten a response. Very disappointed in the follow-up. I left the item of using the future blank because we have an open item. I am dumbfounded by the lack of response.

There was confusion at the beginning of the process regarding all of the technology available and what would work best for our budget and needs but Brian worked with us to get it right. Maud was very helpful in continuing to provide samples and options that fit our tastes and needs. A few limitations required us to think creatively and Maud succeeded in finding something that would work--pricey but it works. The installers who did the work were always very personable and respectful. They were in my house many many hours so that helped a great deal. I could ask questions and they would get me the answers I needed in a timely fashion. If the work wasn't completed by quitting time they stayed late to get it done. The only issue was in knowing what time and what days they might arrive. More communication on Union Place's part would be my recommendation.
Description of Work: We worked with Union Place during a new house build. Maud helped us with window treatments and Brian helped with A/V and security system wiring and products. The work was extensive as we were wiring for a "deck" system for all tv, DVR, audio and phone to be housed in one place and used with a universal control 4 remote. Window coverings had to cover some really large windows.

Description of Work: I had Union Place create new Cushions for my 1973 Tag-A-Long Vintage Trailer. Ann was very professional and was very interested in my project, she came out to the house to see the Trailer for herself and helped me to color match based upon my scheme and choice of curtains and bedding fabric colors.

+ -1 moreSORRY, DO NOT REMEMBER THE NAMES OF THE TWO TECHS WHO SHOWED-UP TO DO THE WORK. VERY PROFESSIONAL. VERY THOROUGH AS FAR AS WHAT OPTIONS I HAD FOR LOCATION OF SPEAKERS. I AM REALLY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK AND THE REASONABLE PRICE.
Description of Work: RAN SPEAKER WIRE ROUGH-IN FOR BOSE HOME THEATER SPEAKERS IN THE BASEMENT. INSTALLED DISH NETWORKING ROUGH-IN, IF WE EVER GO BACK TO DISH SO THAT THE SWITCHING WOULD BE PAINLESS. RAN A CAT-5 CABLING TO THE HOME THEATER CORNER FOR FUTURE PHONE HOOKUP IF WE DO DECIDE TO GO TO DISH NETWORK.
