Mr Leonard Eiden (the owner) claimed he had experienced staff in retaining walls and landscape. After a week we knew Leonard was being dishonest about his crew?s level of experience. Leonard lied to us on many occasions. In addition, the crew were disgruntled and continually angry and loudly voiced their anger at Leonard for other problems he was having at other job sites too. On two occasions the crew scared us enough that we complain to Leonard but all he did was blame his own people indicating the one fella had anger problems. I have all the nasty emails and hand written notes from Leonard. We paid him for the poor work completed and asked him to stop the project and remove all his equipment. He left a mess that we had to clean-up. The retaining wall collapsed 3 months after he installed it which caused mud and water run-off into our basement which cost a lot of money to repair. Leonard caused all this damage. We have pictures of everything, including the poorly constructed retaining wall. The painting was also poorly serviced. We have popcorn ceilings that were not expected to be painted but as they painted the walls they rolled up against the ceilings and left roll marks on the kitchen, living and dinning room ceilings. Dark markings! The owner is an angry bad man. Today he left a extremely nasty voicemail calling me a c*** and telling us we will rot in h***. My husband called the police and notified them and shared the voicemail recordings. We have kept the recording as proof. Mr. Leonard Eiden continues to harass us. We are elderly and get frightened by his nasty and angry voice mails. The police recommended blocking his phone numbers and if he continues to harass us we should get a restraining order against Mr. Leonard Eiden. Please take our advice, DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS MAN! You will regret it! It was a terrible experience I would not want anyone to go through.
