real estate appraisal
 + -1 moreIt did not go well at all. I dealt with KellyJo O'neill. First she was late for the appointment. The appraisal itself went well. She took less than an hour to do which was good. She was also friendly. The issue was that the end result. Getting the actual appraisal back itself has taken two weeks. We were told that the appraisal would be done in a week. Everyday after the week that was promised to us we were told it would be the next day. It has been two weeks and it still isn't ready. We have gone as far as letting the supervisor know and that didn't seem to make a difference either. Basically I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: They came in and did a residential appraisal for my home.
