Sales guy showed up and came back when my insurance adjuster was there to check out hail damage. I then had to email twice to get a response that he’d send me an estimate which was never sent. I got the feeling since it was not going to be an insurance claim he did not want the job.

Great! Joe F, was was very professional and concerned about repairing damage caused by another contractor. He even followed up after a rain storm to make sure our issues had been resolved. I would highly recommend Incline Exteriors for any roofing or gutter needs.

I had a couple other company’s out for a quote. Then Joe F from Incline Exteriors came and not only did he look at the roof he was also the only one who mentioned hail damage done to paint on house. He worked with Insurance adjuster and to my surprise I ended up with a beautiful new roof and paint job. So a shout out to Joe F and the painter who did a marvelous job on my home. I’m more than happy with the final results!!!

WE chose Incline since they did such an excellent job with a hail damage roofing and windows project 3 years ago. Scott is super skilled in the whole process from Insurance claim/estimate to completion. We again had a hail damage incident requiring a total siding replacement. Scott initiated all aspects of the process and guided us when needed. He provided samples, explained differences, let us know the timeline and was available for all steps to answer any questions. Alias and crew worked on the absolute hottest days of the summer to complete the install, while being very professional kind and respectful. More hail damage was discovered while in process and Scott helped to get that included in the project. He coordinated the required electrical work on our behalf making sure it was covered in the claim. We are delighted and once again feel that Scott went above and beyond to facilitate completion of our project with a great end result. Highly recommend Incline Exteriors!

Project bidding process and customer service was terrible. They came out for the appointment, but did not want to be bothered to write up a bid for my project, HONESTLY if you can't write up a bid for my project (which is just typing) Why would it be good hire you to fix the roof? They didn't follow up, i had to call them to try to get a price, and when i did get a hold of them they forgot about my bid, then just gave me oral guess 2500-3800K for my project and then call me back later the same day to give me another oral guesstimate of 6500-7000 K for roof repairs. They seemed unorganized, lazy, and didn't want to do my project. It would've been better if they declined early instead of wasting my time and theirs.

Incline did an excellent job replacing hail damaged roof and skylight. Their work was top notch, Malarkey roof shingles were high quality and look great. We highly recommend Incline!!!

Chris and the team did a great job on a complicated roof and included some of the specials I wanted done. The crew was fast and the process went very smoothly. Help with shingles selection and making the right product choices was appreciated.

I compared them to 2 other local (to me) companies. Scott took the time to make sure we understood how the insurance claim would work. Selection of roof product was good. Good, fast and a fair price. They respected our property and neighbors (no hammering in the early hours). Final cost was exactly as was contracted. They were excellent and I'd hire them again.

We had two separate claims a few weeks apart for storm damage. The first was a straightforward roof/gutter replacement due to a hail storm that damaged nearly all the roofs in our neighborhood. A few days after the roof was replaced, a tree fell and took out half of our deck. Chris at Incline came out that day to look at the damage. Incline was great to work with. They handled all the repairs, the tree removal, and all of the insurance paperwork. It was incredibly easy, and the end results look great. I would definitely recommmend anyone to work with Incline.

In October 2014, Incline Exteriors installed a new roof on our house. Incline did a great job! They simply do high-quality work. We first met with Bill Schenkel (company owner), who did the estimate and went over the details. He patiently answered all my questions as we considered cedar vs. asphalt. After much consideration over a period of time, we decided to replace the medium cedar shakes with treated cedar shakes (Certi-Last) vs. raw. The treated medium shakes were a moderate up-charge, but come with a 30-year guarantee. We have a heavy canopy of shade in the summer, so the treated shakes should help protect against fungal decay. Worth noting, Incline is an approved installer by the Cedar Shake & Shingle Bureau. This is important for the Certi-Last shakes to be guaranteed. We also needed to have some venting work done which was included in the estimate. Scott supervised the crew and was onsite the whole time. He also did the venting work. Scott was great to work with. Old shakes were removed by trailer, so a debris box was not necessary (other estimates added this cost). There were no surprises. Incline does professional, first-rate work. We were very happy with the outcome and glad that we went with Incline Exteriors.

Extensive hail damage in our neighborhood resulted in many new roofs. All of the houses in our development have cedar shake roofs which are expensive to replace. Several of my neighbors used Incline Exteriors and highly recommended them. I called Incline and spoke with Scott Rademacher. He came out promptly and provided an estimate and discussed options for my new roof. Scott is very knowledgeable and professional. I received 2 other bids and Incline's estimate was the lowest and I felt would be the best quality company. Scott said they could complete the job in 2 days which surprised me as some of my neighbors' roof replacements took a week and materials sat on their driveways for a week or more before the work started. Scott said they could do the roof replacement the next week. Large work crew showed up as promised on a Monday and worked until 9:00pm. Materials showed up in the morning while they removed my existing roof down to the deck. They put tarps everywhere to protect my driveway and landscaping. They completed the entire job by 6:30pm the next day. Scott was onsite throughout the project and cleanup was excellent. The extra materials and dumpster on wheels were removed the next day. Excellent experience. Highly recommend Scott and Incline Exteriors.

That was really good. They matched up the colors really. They showed up on time. They did a good job. Their price was really very competitive. Their estimate was accurate. They cleaned up well afterwards. They did what they were supposed to do.

It was a pretty minor job. They showed up and got it all done in about 2 hours. They charged me a very decent price. I will surely use them again in the future.

Incline Exteriors came very highly recommended by my insurance company. The person I spoke with (sorry, did not get his name) was helpful in discussing the ice dam that I have; however, I learned that they do not repair water damage inside the house, only the roof. So I need to find someone who can repair both aspects of my claim.

The salesman met with me soon after I contacted the company, and followed up to see if I wanted to accept their bid. He was polite and wished me well on my project.

Did an excellent job of clean-up after the tear off. Kept us informed on the progress. Completed the job in 3 days. Absolutely satisfied with all aspects of the process.

It took them some time to come out and their prices were average. Their service however, was very good.

This was an excellent roofing experience. The estimate was not the cheapest, but within a hundred dollars of the cheapest. Bill answered all our questions in an extremely knowledgable and confident manner, and made several visits to show us full samples of shingles. The job was completed in one and a half days. My plantings and gardens were well protected during tear off (unlike the previous roofer). Clean-up was amazing. No nails or staples anywhere. They even cleaned the gutters on the high roof, which I can no longer get to. The roof is beautiful and meets all our expectations

They did a beautiful job. They did an excellent job with the clean up. They did not leave a mess at all. We had a complicated roof, but they got the work done in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone!

I got the estimate in late July and agreed to go with the contractor. I had an issue with how long it took to get the job done. Part of it was due to last years stormy weather and personal issues for the owner of the business. I would have been happier if there were more phone calls made to keep me informed of the status of my job. I was also gone quite often in August but had left contact numbers for a person that would be available if the job was done while I was out of town.
