I told him there was no rush, but he still sent me the information the next day (a Saturday!) I appreciate him spending his time on something that others might have blown off as a waste of time.
Description of Work: I called Brian to get comparison prices of houses that had sold or were selling in my area. I needed this information to help decide on whether I should get a new appraisal of my home in advance of refinancing.
