They were supposed to deliver the carpet at 9am. I called on Tuesday to ensure that they were coming and they told me that it was on the schedule. They did not show up for the delivery and I called to see where they were. I was told that the order was never placed. I asked if I could get a refund and to cancel the order. I was told that was alright and am still waiting for my money to be returned.
Description of Work: I ordered carpet from them. The piece was 12x25.

This month, May of 2017 I stumbled across this review from work done in July of 2010. Unfortunately, before I bought this business, she did not have a good experience with The Color Center.
