+ -1 moreEverything was different. The cost was reasonable. I don't pay much attention, I run a business and expense are expenses. If I think that they have done a bad job or charge too much, I don't use them anymore. I am using them and I did continue to use them. I pay whatever the union rates are, they are a union. Responsiveness is an A, they are really good.
Description of Work: I used Arrowhead Heating & Air Conditioning. They had to come in and fix one of our heaters that was not working.

+ -1 moreI use them all the time. They have done work on our house for probably about 3 or 4 seasons. They work on our heating system and that is what I mainly use them for.
Description of Work: For heating, we use Arrowhead Heating & Air Conditioning. They came in and inspected a computer module that runs our heating system.
