We arrived at our cabin on Friday night to find burst water pipes once we turned the water back on. Turned the water back off and went online in search of a plumber. Angie's List was my first stop--and this provider was my first choice, as he was close by. Called his primary number and left a message; then called the "emergency" number he cited on his voicemail. Though his primary number did not, his emergency number stated that he would be on vacation until that day. Left a detailed message explaining our situation and location; asked for a return call so we would know whether he would be able to help us. Fortunately, we didn't wait around, since we never received a call back! I understand it was the weekend and he had just returned from vacation, but when you provide an "emergency" number and then fail to return a call in what is clearly a plumbing emergency--even a day or so later just to follow up--I'd say that's extremely poor service. We ended up finding a plumber a couple of towns over who came out promptly the next morning and will now be the first one we call in the future.

It all went very well. I thought I already submitted a review a long time ago.

We had frozen pipes at our cabin, so needed the repairs and replacements. They took care of everything to our satisfaction. Will use them again if necessary. Would recommend Johnson Plumbing.

Have had difficulty reaching him to come take a second look. Figure a $120 service call near his home could expect a second attempt.

He did good work and he was thorough. He was pretty accommodating as well. He has a lot of experience and he knows what he is doing.

Ryan was a pleasure to work with each time. His prices were fair and he was thorough in all his work. On the hot water heater, I reported a hissing sound from a value after it was installed and Ryan came back out in a timely manner and replaced the value. The cost for the leak in the septic drain pipe was covered by the cable company that caused the leak so I don't know how much it cost but Ryan systematically checked for the source of the leak, found it, replaced the broken pipe, and verified the entire system was operational. As this work involved a lot of machine digging, his crew also cleaned up and let the area looking almost undisturbed. I would definitely use him again. Great
