Bob Champa is ALWAYS reliable. In addition to doing work around the house he has been our first responder for PerMar. I never worry about the house when we aren't in Ely because Bob will take care of anything that comes up throughout the year. Without him we could not maintain the house. We have used Bob since we came to Ely ~2005. He helped us get ready when we had a wedding, that included laying some flagstone for steps. He has followed us through a dock choice disaster and suggested a solution which works on our windy point. He has recommended our best ever electrician, plumber, boat track marina person. I just wish we had him in 2004 to consult with before we choose a contractor, electrician, plumber, excavator, CAD, tile installer, painter. Every recommendation from our contractor was an expensive disaster.
Description of Work: Clean gutters. Set up dock. Set up tracks boat goes on, fit canopy and put boat in. Cut grass. Came in turned on hot water. Turned off heat. Power wash house. Changed multiple water filters. Put salt in water softener tank regularly. Maybe more I can't think of.
