Prior to Mike coming out to our home we corresponded via telephone and email a few times. Mike arrived on time and hit the ground running. He removed and replaced all of the under (new) sink drain pipes, replaced the hot water supply line shut off valve, installed the waste disposal, sink drains and new touch control facet, reconnected the dishwasher. Mike also repaired our upstairs toilet and replaced the refrigerator shut off valve. Of all of the contractors we had to our home this summer, Mike was the most professional craftsman. A pleasure watching his trade skills in action

Mike first came out to assess our problems and give us a quote. He was thorough, professional, and clearly an expert in his field. His quote was so fair and his expertise so apparent, we didn't bother getting any other estimates (a first for us). He also let us know that if it took longer than he expected, we wouldn't pay anything higher than what he quoted. He needed to order some supplies, so he scheduled us for the the first available time that worked for both of us. On the scheduled day, he arrived and got to work. Again, he was very knowledgeable. He answered many questions and instructed us on what to do to avoid certain problems in the future. He was true to his word, and even though he encountered a couple of extra problems and the job took longer than he quoted, his final price still stayed within the original estimate. Very reasonable prices!! Highly recommend!
