We have been waiting 4 months for our roof and just found out material is unavailable James issued us a refund of down payment
Description of Work: Signed a contract on June 8th and it is now Sept 26th and we still do not have roof. James has issued us a refund for our deposit because he could not provide service because of material not being available

We were hired to install a Metal Roofing System on Pam's house. We were havinga big problem getting material delivered from out vendor. I was and am very sorry for the delay for this problem which it caused Pan and her Husband. We did return all of Pam's down payment with our deep apology for the inconvenience.
