Nathan and his crew are great to work with. What I really like is how well Nathan and his crew communicate what is being done, when they will start work, and anything else pertinent to the project. They are efficient and clean up the work site every day. The bathroom turned out beautifully, and Nathan's suggestions to work around things that couldn't be changed were very helpful. I will use Thein Companies for all our projects.

I set up an appointment with the provider to come and estimate the cost of building a ramp. He didn't show up, He didn't call that he wouldn't be able to show up.

Not well. The estimate came much lower than what I paid. It was a frustrating room. There was a lot of things done that was like part of a TV show. The work turned out to be a lower quality. The project was just completed after three months. They are nice guys to work with. But, I think the problem was on the budget and the work time frame.

He did the work quickly and efficiently, and we are very happy. What I particularly like about working with Nathan is his ability to make suggestions that give us a number of options to chose from. He keeps an open line of communication which makes it very easy to work with him. I would and have recommended him to others looking for someone for home repairs or renovations.

Nate Thein of Thein Companies Inc. was great with communicating with us about when subs would be here working or when he would be here. Nice finishes. Nate built us a mantle for our fireplace. So far the work has been good. Their responsiveness was good. He took some time in getting the estimate laid out. Overall he was good. I would definitely recommend them.

We had some issues with our old deck?the stairs were sinking and pulling away from the structure. Nate came out and gave us options from fixing the stairs and replacing the railing to replacing the deck. We chose to replace the deck using cedar with a composite railing. Nate and his crew were extremely professional, and when some issues surfaced due to the original builder, he gave us options on how to correct the problems. He suggested redesigning the staircase which gave us more square footage. He checked in with us regularly to make sure that we were happy with how the deck was progressing. The deck turned out great. We will use Nate again.

I have used Thein Companies for several projects and have always been happy with everything they have done. Nate is responsive, professional and affordable. When you work with Nate, you get his whole team, but he is also doing the work. I recommend calling Nate for any home improvement project.

HE KEPT US INFORMED ABOUT WHAT HE WAS DOING AND WHEN HE WAS GOING TO DO IT, AND CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. HE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL ABOUT GIVING US OPTIONS FOR OUR PROJECT. WHEN THE PROJECT WAS COMPLETED, HE CLEANED UP AND VACUUMED EVERYTHING. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE NATHAN FOR FUTURE PROJECTS.
