 + -1 moreActual repair work was good. Insisted on sending invoice, which came 2 weeks later. billed amt. Was wrong. He corrected the bill, and I wanted him to come back for future work but he never returned my call. His loss.

Description of Work: Rick is our "handyman of choice" so he has done all sorts of work for us. This time it was a sump pump drainage issue.

 + 0 moreI would give him an A. I use him a lot. He calls back right away, and he is really upfront about his fees. He had to add a fee for transportation, and he just let me know. He volunteers to do stuff. He goes above and beyond, and does what he says he is going to do.
Description of Work: He installed a toilet and a sink and he also repaired a different toilet.
