Description of Work: Rich has done lots of interior painting for us, most recently to prepare a home for selling. The results have been excellent. He mostly worked in our home on his own during the day. He is knowledgeable, on time and did a great job matching paint colors.

deck cleaning
+ -1 moreThe stain didn't take in some spots, it was overall poorly done. We spoke with him in September and he told us not to worry about until the spring. He said that he would come back out and take care of it. We started calling him in May to get together and get our deck redone. He was supposed to come over on May 29th, and he never showed up. We kept calling and he never returned our calls. We talked to the contractor who reccomended Rich Schmidt, who told us that he couldn't make him come out and redo it.
Description of Work: He stained our deck in August of '09. He was supposed to come out and fix the problems that we had in May of '10.

+ -1 moreFACED WITH THE DAUNTING TASK OF NOT ONLY STAINING TWENTY WINDOWS, BUT MATCHING THE STAIN TO EXISTING WOOD (STAINED PROBABLY 25 YEARS AGO), RICH DID NOT BLINK AN EYE. THE RESULT WAS BEAUTIFULLY STAINED WINDOWS (AND AN OAK DOOR ADDED LATER), PERFORMED WITH EFFICIENCY.
Description of Work: RICH STAINED OVER 20 INTERIOR WINDOWS AND AN OAK DOOR.
