Jeremiah Bouley is a Broker Associate with RE/MAX Results; a multiple office brokerage with more than 600 real estate agents & brokers who are independent contractors. Subcontractors are not typically used. Jeremiah Bouley's Residential Real Estate Brokers license number is 20374979 which is issues through the State of MN, Department of Commerce. Jeremiah does not charge any trip charges. A broker commission fee of $395 is only collected from buyers or sellers upon a successful closing. Jeremiah does not typically charge buyers a fee to represent them because the seller generally pays the commission. The listing commission I charge varies depending on several factors including pricing, condition & location. Angies List members who buy or sell through Jeremiah Bouley will receive a $395 credit at closing to cover the broker fee. One service that I offer which seperates me from other agents & brokers is the house warming party I host for buyers who purchase homes through me. I have hosted many parties over the past 5 years and have had a great time doing it.
