 + -1 moreBrent let me know he was stuck in traffic, but was only 15 minutes late. He was professional and explained the right way to finish my basement living room (spray insulation with the studs not flush to the cinderblocks to allow insulation behind studs), how they would frame in the ductwork, windows, etc. He was very honest about what should be done and could sense his estimate was out of the range I was hoping to pay (I usually have my dad do the work, so my expectations are skewed). He was courteous about making the trip regardless of the project not going forward. I believe if I had hired him, I would have been very happy with the level of service and quality.
