Thank you for taking the time to look at "New Age Consulting" Half of our business is helping people transition from cable tv to Directv! We also cater to Phone & Internet through CenturyLink! The other half of our business is "Audio/Video" Pre-Wire, to home theatres to sound distribution throughout the house, security/surveillance camera setups. We handle all needs from A-Z "Getting the job done right the first time, everytime" We do have on staff several technicians for the install of directv, to several technicians for all install needs for the audio/video side.

I signed up for Direct TV with this company at the Minnesota State Fair on 8/23/14. The installation date was scheduled for 8/26/14, which I validated with the receipt (that I still have) from when I signed up. After taking time off work to be there for the install, the installers never showed up, resulting in wasted time off from work. When I called to reschedule, someone named Chad informed me that I would receive a $100 credit on my bill for the error, which I did not receive. The installation occurred on 8/27/14. On 9/2/14, I received a $50 "processing fee" to my checking account (which I believe is a totally ridiculous fee with no other purpose to generate extra income) But I paid it nonetheless. On 9/15/14, I received a second $50 fee in error. After trying multiple times to contact the company unsuccessfully and receiving no response to my messages, I finally got an answer to my call and was able to talk to a person named Ben. He informed me that he would process the credit that day. I have never received the credit. It is now October 6th. I have made numerous attempts to contact the company concerning this error. Ben informed me when I called on the 19th and again on the 22nd that he processed the credit on 9/17/14 and I should give it more time. Since the 22nd, I have called and left messages with the company several times, with absolutely no response whatsoever. This company has stolen from me and I would like it remedied. Promising a credit and not delivering on that promise shows a serious lack of integrity. Taking money out of an account that you have not earned and are not entitled to take is theft. Ignoring customer calls and not responding when you know you have wronged someone also shows a lack of morals and that the company does not care to provide good customer service. I was promised a credit and a refund and never got either.
