They called and asked if they could be a little late and they showed up when they said they would . Tom and Wayne worked quickly and got everything done on time and told me what they needed to do and we did it.

It turns out that the cable splitter that the original builder installed 13 years ago was failing (the HDTV antenna was operating perfectly). For $35 (and absolutely $0 trip charge or service charge) Tom installed a new splitter then made sure all televisions were receiving maximum signal strength. I cannot say enough positive things about the service we continue to receive! Bravo!!!

There was a delay in their arriveal due to an earlier appointment. Once arrived, very helpful and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the final product.

Great job! We missed some communications initially because I was replying to the Angies List email message instead of directly with the vendor. On a cell phone, the grayed-out message that read something like and quot;do not reply to this messageand quot; was not noticeable next to the large, yellow REPLY button (which is what I clicked). That is Angies problem, not the vendor. They made some modifications to the antenna mount because my house sits in a bit of a valley relative to the broadcast towers, so the final cost was a bit higher than quoted, but still a bargain. The two gentlemen were great and the signals on all stations (NOW FREE) is excellent!

Arrived as scheduled, mounted it and followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. When I told them I could not receive "one" channel, they came out, reset and replaced the antenna and made it right and at no extra charge. I could not be more pleased with them!

Tom and Wayne kept me very well informed about what they were doing. They returned at no extra cost to tweak reception and the results are crystal clear TV reception without cable or satellite.

Install took about two hours. Tom and Wayne programmed each TV + our TIVO DVR in the home theater to confirm all were working 100% as expected. Spectacular end result... Great product, Great service, and Great warranty on workmanship + parts (1 year). I would highly recommend this firm for your home or business.

Tom and Wayne of Antennas Plus might just be the best service people I have ever hired: professional, prompt, polite and communicative. I live at the foot of a bluff and knew that installing an antenna for TV reception was going to be difficult, if not impossible. Tom answered my initial email within a half hour. In spite of the fact that they have a backlog, within a week they came out and did an initial assessment. Then they were truthful about what they thought they could do and that costs could go up. I was willing to take my chances. On the day of the scheduled installation, they called to say they were on their way. Between the complexities the bluff, problems with one of my TVs, and the existing cabling in my house, they spent about 6 hours getting things as perfect as possible. Their normal installations usually take two hours. Then they were apologetic over the increase in their initial estimate. Given the time and equipment involved, the charges were entirely reasonable. The difference between my antenna reception for HD-TV and the system Comcast forced me to go to and pay extra for, is like the difference between porterhouse and hamburger. For the first time, I truly have a HD-TV picture.
