glass block
 + -1 moreDid not use service. Will have to go elsewhere. I had to enter a work completed date to complete this report?
Description of Work: I did not use Metro Glass Bock. I had seen this companies work at a house that was for sale in my neighborhood. It looked like quiality work. I called the owner brent several times and did get a couple of calls on my home phone while at work. I had made contact once at work and was told he had just droped his phone in the water and was having trouble. The call ended and I did this two other times. Finally he asked for my number and told me he would call me back immediately on another phone. I waited by the phone at work but he never called back. I got a call a couple days later saying he had made contact with another customer after we had got off the phone and he could not call back. But it still took two or three days. He must have plenty of other work because he didn't seem to need my business.

 + -1 moreI made 3 phone calls plus an email before someone got back to me regarding installation of glass block basement windows. A date was set for Metro Glass to come to give an estimate. An hour after the scheduled time, I called only to find out they had truck problems and would not be coming. They rescheduled for later in the day. Metro Glass never came at the rescheduled time, nor did they call to cancel.
Description of Work: None.

 + -1 moreBRENT IS THE OWNER AND ONE OF TWO PEOPLE WHO PERFORMED THE WORK ON OUR WINDOWS. VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, THEY WORKED HARD, AND GOT THE JOB DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE WINDOWS LOOK GREAT AND THEY LOOK TO BE SEALED ADEQUATELY TOO.
Description of Work: IN AUGUST OF 2003 WE HAD GLASS BLOCK WINDOWS INSTALLED IN ALL BASEMENT WINDOWS, ON AN OLDER HOME WITH MULTI-SIZE WINDOWS. THEY INSTALLED SEVEN IN TOTAL.
