 + -1 moreMark is professional, enthusiastic, and punctual. His price runs a little high, but we were sure he would do quality workmanship. The only reason we did not choose Mark is because he never quite hit the nail on the head with his designs, they weren't satisfying our needs for a price we could afford.
Description of Work: We were provided with 2 design ideas and pricing on each. Both involved removing the exisitng front step and cement entry with patio pavers. Both involved the addition of a retaining wall on the north side of our home where there currently is none. The second design included a paver pathway on both the north and south side of the house for access to the backyard. The second design included more paver square footage in the front, along with a free standing wall and pillars. The price for the first design installed was $14,633.00 (240 sq foot paver patio & 156 sq foot retaining wall). The price for the second design installed was $20,116.00 (450 sq foot paver patio & 180 sq foot retaining wall & 72 sq foot free standing wall).

 + -1 moreMARK'S DESIGN IS BEAUTIFUL AND HAS TOTALLY TRANSFORMED OUR HOUSE. HIS WORK IS OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY. WE ARE EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE WORK AND THE RESULTS. IN ADDITION, THE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND COMMUNICATION WAS EXCELLENT.
Description of Work: REPLACED OLD CONCRETE SIDEWALKS IN FRONT AND SIDE OF HOUSE WITH ALL NEW CONCRETE PAVERS (BRICK-LIKE), AND REPLACED SMALL CONCRETE PATIO IN BACK OF HOUSE WITH EXPANDED PATIO ALSO MADE OF PAVERS. DESIGNED AND INSTALLED NEW LANDSCAPING, INCLUDING BORDERS, PLANTS AND ROCKS IN FRONT AND SIDE OF HOUSE.
