The plumber came on time. He actually was able to come earlier than planned but I was unable to get home before the planned time so he was there at the actual appointment time. He completed the quickly and well. He was pleasant.

No problems. Effectively performed. Provided usable feedback about valve and toilet issues, dog friendly.

He had to come back to put on the diealytic lead which is required with the city of plymouth.

Matt was on time and very friendly. He explained what he was doing and was very detailed. He went over and above. He replaced many parts and shimmed one of the toilets as the floor was uneven. The job looks perfect and we are so thrilled. The office was also very professional, kind and had great follow up. I will call Huber plumbing for all of my needs in the future.

We did a big addition. A portion of the build was beyond the scope of our general contractor. We hired Huber to do a portion of this work. They provided a good estimate, managed the permitting process, and delivered the work for below their initial estimate. We LOVE these guys. Great service and VERY professional. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I have used Huber - once for a sump pump and now for a disposal. Both times the work was done very professionally and I was very happy with the service.

Randy was punctual, kind, and super knowledgeable. We so appreciated him taking the time to work through all of the plumbing peculiarities of the home, with price estimates, so we can figure out how to move forward. Highly recommend!

It went great! Our plumber was on time, polite, worked quickly without a mess and cleaned up everything when he was done. He took the time to explain to us the new disposal and answer any questions. I had done some research ahead of time and knew that the cost of the disposal was about $100 on it's own and that it was going to be a good quality one that matched my existing disposal. I feel it was a good price for the work done since it did take over an hour and he drove to where I live about 45 minutes north of Mpls.

They were quick and clear about costs. I think the price was reasonable considering some of the high prices in the neighborhood for similar services. I was hoping that the promise of future work with them might give me a little better deal but they weren't interested in negotiating. They did leave quite a mess and failed to move some antique magazines that were ruined as a result. I didn't see the damage until 2 months later and didn't feel I could call to complain.

The fact was called and came out the same day. The toilet was leaking. They were very clean. Very professional. I thought the price was a little high but it was the same day service. They called to say they would arrive in 15 minutes.

What great service!! I called on a Wednesday afternoon and someone was out to install my new toilet Friday morning. Matt was friendly, prompt, called me to make sure he could come do the work earlier than the time I was quoted on the phone, and he completed the work quickly. The toilet I had installed was a gently used one from a friend (though I thought it was unused). There were a few dirty spots which Matt cleaned up for me. He removed the old toilet so I don't have to worry about disposing of it. Everything went perfectly and I highly recommend Huber! The reason for the B rating on Responsiveness is that I called to schedule the service, left a message on voice mail, but didn't hear back within a couple hours. Since I wanted to get this taken care of sooner rather than later and I wanted to take advantage of the deal/coupon ($185 for installation of toilet I provided), I had to call a second time. But when I spoke to someone on the phone, she was great and got me scheduled as soon as possible. Thanks Huber!

The job was excellent, they were on time, they did a very professional and efficient job. Did exactly what they said they would do and more. Made sure everything was in working order and left no mess. We supply the kitchen faucet and they supplied the disposal. There's no doubt that I would use Huber Plumbing Company again. They were awesome.

This was not a rush job but everything went great overall. Contacted via email with a few photos for an estimate and Randy responded with rates. The office called me to schedule the work and Matt showed up exactly at the scheduled time. He got right to work putting drop cloths over my carpeting so my home wouldn't get dirty. He got the work done quickly and there was no mess! Tested for leaks after restoring water and all was perfect. My ice cubes are now TWICE as big since I now have adequate water pressure to my fridge. Thank you Matt!!! Overall Huber Plumbing was very professional, had reasonable rates and did excellent work. I would certainly hire them again for any further plumbing needs.

Everything went well - the plumber did need to return to finish the work due to a stuck valve, otherwise nothing to complain about. Everything has been leak and problem-free since the installation happened.

He was able to come out the same day. They were very professional, neat and explained everything throughly. I was very pleased with the service. He leveled the toilet and got rid of the excess materials.

Pretty good! They got rid of my old water heater and installed a nice new one, and everything was nice and clean. He even noticed a water pipe that had a pinhole in it and fixed that up. I don't think it was the cheapest deal, but I feel like I got a fair price for a quality water heater and good installers.
