Huber Plumbing Company

Matt came over on May 29 and inspected my ceiling. He had to cut a hole in it to investigate where the water was coming from. It was coming from a leaky toilet from my upstairs bathroom. He checked that toilet and told me that it needed to be replaced. I still have the original toilets in my home. The appointment set for 9:00 am and he was here at 8:50 am. I purchased a new toilet and he installed it on June 4. My appointment was scheduled between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm. He called me at 1:00 pm informing me that he would be here around 2:30 pm. He called me again, informing me when he was leaving which was around 2:15 pm. I have decided to replace my other 2 toilets. He will come back again on July 3 and install my second toilet. As a result of my decision, he did not charge me for his initial visit on June 29. I have found my new plumber and recommend him highly. He knows what he's doing.

Wonderfully. He was on time. Finished the work within an hour. Showed me the problem, and showed me how to prevent the problem in the future.

Matt was very punctual and did a thorough job in installing the new valve and kitchen faucet ensuring everything worked properly and with no leaks. He ran water in the tub to see if the ceiling stain was coming from a leak there, and in doing so discovered that was the source of the problem. I was relieved that no holes had to be made in the ceiling or walls to troubleshoot the ceiling stain and was resolved with new tub shoe.

Brent and Matt did a wonderful job removing old plumbing and updating my current plumbing so that it is up to code. I was blown away at what a transformation it was and how organized the new lines are. They were punctual, informative, and even took the time to work on projects that weren't originally planned. I will continue to hire Huber for all future plumbing purposes!

Went smoothly. When there was a problem with one of the new faucets they were very responsive.

Huber installed a new water heater a few weeks ago, and we noticed a faint smell of a motor oil coming from the furnace/water heater area in our basement. The furnace company told me on the phone that it couldn't be the furnace, so my next thought was that there was some sort of oil in the water heater that had leaked. Doesn't make sense, I know, but there was nothing else in the area, and the smell was getting stronger. So I called Randy, and he came out a few hours later to look. Turns out our sump pump was stuck on "On" because there was some water in the well, and the outline line was frozen and the water had nowhere to go. Randy hung around until I'd checked the exit hose, then told me how to solve the problem. He spent a half hour with me and didn't charge a thing because that's the kind of guy he is. It proves once again that Huber is the perfect plumber for me.

Couldn't have gone better. Their quote was great, their scheduling with Mackenzie smooth as could be, Matt was on time, friendly, professional, and efficient. He replaced a few valves and connections for free because they were deteriorating. He finished as projected, and cleaned up everything to the point where you couldn't tell he was there. In short, we couldn't be happier. Huber is my go-to plumber from now on.

From the initial scheduling with Mackenzie/the office, to obtaining a free estimate/quote with Randy, to having wonderful Matt & Brent install a new gas line - it was a breeze. I cannot say enough good things about this company, and was hesitant at first - given the age of our home (almost 100 years old!) They were thorough, thoughtful, pleasant and worked non-stop; did an awesome job. When I had some installers from another company who didn't/couldn't install a new dishwasher (and were seriously rude) - Matt came back TWO DAYS LATER to save the day and install it for me!! He even creatively reused a decent cord from our prior fairly-new-but-not-working Asko (computer died) - as our brand new dishwasher didn't come with an electrical cord!! (UGH, another story.) His install price & time were extremely fair, and I was grateful he was available to do so within the same week. We will be lifetime Huber clients. Thank you for your hard work and great employees - they felt like family at the end!

Cheerfully and with high energy, Matt got right to the big job and finished with only 2 hours' labor on the bill, plus he spent extra time with us diagnosing the 70-year-old bathroom faucets' problems and figuring out a good solution, then scheduled a time at our convenience for that next job. His work was excellent, but also important was our feeling he was ready to really help us with what we needed done in our house. Our choice was to get a second plumbing appointment with him in a couple of months for the faucet replacement job, which he said would likely also take 4 hours. We will report back here to tell everyone by how many hours he beats that estimated time! While still doing top quality work, of course.

The job was done very efficiently and professionally. He had to go through our bedroom wall and basement ceiling. The holes were made as small as possible and with little mess. He always communicated with us and explained everything. We are very happy with the results.

Matt from Huber Plumbing showed up on time, accurately diagnosed and fixed the leaks in two hours, and let me follow along with him so that I could learn and understand what he was doing. The cost was reasonable and the service & workmanship was high quality. I'll be using Huber again if (when?) we have plumbing needs in the future.

Matt arrived earlier than expected (but called first to be sure that was OK with my schedule), which was very much appreciated. He was professional, such as taking his shoes off without being asked. The work was done promptly. After everything was done, Matt noticed an unexpected smell in the laundry room. He went the extra mile of making sure it wasn't due to his work (it wasn't) and gave me some tips to help clear it up. I could have probably found someone to do this a bit cheaper, but Huber Plumbing Company replied promptly to my initial request. I also know that gas is very dangerous if not done properly. Matt showed me the exact steps he took to be sure that the connection was tight and secure. I would definitely hire again.

I had purchased a replacement faucet and scheduled a time to have it fitted. The scheduling was quick and easy. The first technician checked and told me that it could not be fitted without opening up the wall, which I did not want. He recommended another brand of faucet and said that he would order it. A few weeks went by without any news and I called back to ask about the delivery of the piece. Once I had called back, the work was scheduled and completed very efficiently and well.

Matt did an excellent job! He even put in a drain valve for free. I would recommend this company. ☺️
