He did a great job! It was an emergency because the bathtub was overflowing and he was able to come out right away. The technician was very knowledgeable, professional, reasonable, and quickly with the work. He cleaned up well after completing the work. They did a really good job!

After the extra costs were added, this deal was no longer something we could afford. Approximate extra costs were more than twice the amount.

Great job overall. Timely arrival. Very efficient with both removing the old heater and installing the new. Competitive price with others but went with them as they were recommneded on Angie's List. Would definitely use them again.

Based on my experience with Huber Plumbing's installation of my water heater, I would strongly recommend their company for any plumbing service needs. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional,responsive, informative and pleasant to work with. They projected a caring attitude about good customer service. They performed all contracted services in a timely manner as promised. Their labor warranty was also one year longer than other plumbing companies I contacted. I felt their price was very fair.

The two plumbers showed up on time. They were very friendly and courteous. They replaced the parts quickly and now everything works great! I would definately call them again in the future.

Went very smoothly. Communication was good. I am a tax preparer and late April is crazy for me, but the service provider was willing to arrange the service call with my tenants to help keep me out of the loop. Overall we were very pleased.

Great work. Called due to fact he could arrive early, which actually worked out better for my schedule. Started around 9:30am was done by 11:30 or so. Gave advice about future possible plumbing issues. Replaced and installed spigots. Made sure that I knew how to care for the new outside plumbing come this winter. Friendly, professional and personable. These guys did some work for me on my bathroom, so I have and would certainly use them again...no problems.

My experience went very well and they were terrific. They were on time for the appointment even when the roads were blocked due to the winter. They installed a beautiful water heater. They were neat and very clean. They were pleasant people to talk to and the deal was well worth it.

This was not an expensive item, but I was unable to shut off the gas line to my stove due to a stuck valve. This was delaying some other work I was scheduled to have done. Randy came out the same day and performed the work quickly. Great service!

Replaced old 40 gallon gas hot water heater with a new hot water heater. He was on time, worked fast and didn't make a mess. Great job, would definitely hire again!

Randy let me upgrade to higher efficiency water heater for $60 (hopefully I will get the rebate for $70 from CenterPoint). The price was the original Angie's List Deal price, the upgrade, and also included the required permit and a part to replace part of the gas connection for a part that was no longer legal (my previous Rheem water heater was from 1977). Mr. Huber was very punctual, professional, efficient and personable. He had also filled out the rebate forms and highlighted and explained what I needed to finish entering and supplied an envelope. The City Permit Inspector checked off his work in no time.

Great provider - helpful and responsive - I just didn't need any other services at that time. When I do, I will definitely give him a call.

Huber Plumbing was incredible! I called earlier in the week to see when I could get an appointment, as my water continued to be less and less hot. They were able to come out the same week and replace my water heater at a great price. They were prompt, clean, very kind, and even fixed something unrelated to the water heater, but simply because he saw it needed to be fixed. I will hire Huber for all my ongoing plumbing needs without question or hesitation; I'm beyond impressed!

They're very good people. We had them a couple of years ago to do some work for us and at that time I was very happy with them. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and the prices were reasonable.

The installation went well; work was completed within the hour and a half time quote that I was given. The issue I had though (and the reason behind my rating) was based on punctuality and communication. They called on the Friday before installation, and weren't sure of the address (needed it for the permit). On the day of installation, it was over an hour past the arrival time we established before anyone called to let me know they were running behind. The first person arrived an hour and twenty minutes late and the second person arrived two hours late. Neither of them introduced themselves. Did I get a quality water heater installed properly? Yes. Was there decent communication and punctuality throughout the process? No.

Shortly after I purchased this Big Deal, Huber contacted me for scheduling. I also asked questions to confirm that the size of this water heater would be correct for our situation. I felt the information I got was reliable and helpful -- he indicated that while they could install a larger heater for additional cost, the 40-gallon size was probably appropriate for our household. He also provided a clear description of the steps in the removal/installation project and answered other small questions that I had. The workers arrived on time and everything proceeded as described. There were additional charges (beyond the Big Deal purchase price) for permit and a required upgrade to our exhaust venting, but both were explained in advance and seemed very appropriate. The workers were pleasant to have around and everything went fine, with no surprises. The new water heater works great, and I sleep better not having to worry about what might have happen to our 20+ year old water heater anymore.

They were good and I was happy with them. They had a part for a faucet that was dented and they gave it to us for free.

They did a great job too. The one I'm concerned right now is been working really good. I have to pay extra because there are some other pipes to be replaced.

It went fine. They did what they said they were going to do. We didn't have any problems with them. We had issues afterwards but it was unrelated to that but they were already gone at that point in time. He was polite.

It was outstanding. These guys did a good job. Everything is really good. It was a good buy. They know what they’re doing and they checked with the city and purchased the building permit that they need. The city came over and inspected it and said it looks good. They did a really good job and they cleaned. What I was really impressed about is that they have plenty of help so they got it done quick and they cleaned up really nice and then took time to run the operation of the water with me. It’s like they weren't even here. I would recommend them highly anytime. I told them to my friends about them already. They are really good. They called me right back and set up the appointment. They were here right on time. They are very professional. You can tell that they knew what they were doing. They just operated really efficiently and smoothly.

Great. After determining that the drain in our kitchen sink was frozen we used the tips that were provided to us and had the drain thawed within a few hours. They were not able to fix a new faucet because of wrong fittings provided by the vendor.
