They were great. There were no additional charges besides the 59.95 big deal charge. They were very polite. They were on time and did a good job. They also gave me some advice. The comments that I just mentioned and that they did a good job would be my number one reason for me to recommend this provider for the same service. I would grade them an 'A' for all of the categories. It was a pretty simple job but they were nice. They were nice people and he was nice, polite and got the job done.

Provider (I did not get his name) showed up on time, was neat and performed all tasks required. I asked for lever valves for the main valve to be replaced as well as any for the water heater itself. We are very happy .

Prompt with bid. Always pleasant and helpful. Helpful in ordering fixtures we selected. Accommodated our schedule. Returned as needed when aspects of remodel were not completed on schedule to finish all work. Very responsive to questions, special requests, and fixing problems. This company did quality work and wa a pleasure to deal with.

Arrived on time. Very Courteous and seemed very knowledgeable. Worked efficiently and left the area clean. Disposal works great. Will use again.

They are really good. They seem pretty knowledgeable about what they were doing and what needed to be done. It seem like they are very professional. They kind of reminded me of because we had a bathtub that was installed and I wanted it close to the wall and they said that it probably would look better if it was centered more so I think they are the ones that kind of came up with the idea of centering it more on the wall and for that and also the drain for the shower they were kind of pushing that too. They are pretty good. They have the best price. Basically they had to pull out some PVC piping they cut some PVC piping and re route it I was little disappointed that the piece that they cut out and stuff they just kind of left there. Other than that they did a good job.

Everything was excellent. Randy arrived on time and performed the work in a timely and professional manner. He explained exactly what had to be done, was courteous and friendly. He laid down tarps to protect the carpet and cleaned up everything before he left. He answered all my questions completely and left his card in case we had any questions or concerns after he left. I highly recommend Huber Plumbing and will use them again when the need arises.

Brent was wonderful. He explained everything he was doing. The previous owners of the house did a lot of repair work themselves and did it wrong. Brent corrected everything in what seemed like very short time. We liked Huber so much that when more things broke we called them right out.....

Randy was prompt in setting up the appointment for the estimate and was helpful in describing what tasks were going to have to be done. He appeared confident in getting the work done and was honest about expectations of scheduling, which was fine for me, since I needed some time to get my cash together. Scheduling with the office was a snap, they came in and got the work done efficiently and I am very pleased with the improved water pressure. The house is good to go for another 60 years. I will be having some more updating to do and plan to go back to Huber plumbing for both HVAC and plumbing improvements.

I realized after the fact that the my water heater is a type that is not covered by the Big deal.

We recently bought a condo. One of the toilets did not work at all and had rust stains in the bowl. We thought we would have to replace the toilet. When I called Huber Plumbing, they returned my call and came out within a day Ron came out. He replaced the value and told me how to get the stain out. I took his advice, got the stain out and grateful I didn't have to replace the toilet. Thank you Ron for your expertice advice.

I have used Huber in the past and I was very satisfied but this time they spent a long time completing the job. I have fixed the flapper on a toilet myself. So, I could not understand why he had to flush the toilet so many time to see if it was repaired!! I still may use their services in the future but I would need an estimate. They do good work.

Over the last year I have been working on adding a 1/2 bath to my home in a location where there was previously no plumbing. After passing the rough-in inspection I had a lot of trouble getting the final pressure test to work. I called Huber Plumbing for help and was directed to Randy. I presented the issue to him with the intention of scheduling a service call for assistance, but instead he walked me through several common issues over the phone. One of these turned out to be the problem! So in effect, Randy talked himself out of a job through his kindness. I think this is a great testament to the company. When the time comes that I do need professional plumbing service there is no question that Huber will be my #1 call!

Punctuality could not have been better. However, we are in a 1918 building, and that did not seem to be Randy's cup of tea. Lots of complaining about how much he hated the job and hoped 'he would never have to do that again'. My main recommendation is that you inquire about pricing before engaging him. He charged for travel time and apparently also for time when he was not on the premises but looking for a part. We were really blind-sided by the price. The complaining seems even worse in retrospect, knowing how much we were paying him. We will never call them again, but I do see that many others rate this company high. Again, punctuality was great.

Great service. Had anticipated a much bigger problem - was very nice that it was relatively minor and corrected very quickly and relatively inexpensively.

Not good. It was the angies list big deal but it cost almost twice as much as advertised. I will not trust angies list big deals ever again.

Randy Huber is the owner and is friendly and helpful. He asked questions before coming out to be sure he had the correct supplies and referred me to a plumbing supply source for my faucet. Randy returns phone calls promptly and gave me a honest assessment of what was required before he came to my home. If I ever need a plumber again I will definitely hire Huber plumbing.

I purchased a $799 Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out fine. We had been out of town so we arranged a time for the installation when we were in town. It was done at exactly the time we wanted it done. The price included the unit itself and the installation. I have recommended them to neighbors as well.

It turned out good. One person came out and it took him about an hour and half to complete it. They have good prompt service. I was really surprised on his price, he's real reasonable.
