All communications were via e-mail (my preference). E-mails were answered quickly. Services were performed on-time. Minor issue with communicating where I wanted the downspout as a novice (me) but they readily resolved the issue. Great service.

They do beautiful work, but it took them almost eight months to get a small job done. When it was finally all done it was done well, but I had to bug them, and bug them, and bug them. It was annoying. The whole process started in the fall, they told me they had ordered the window and it was going to take about five weeks. It took them till March or April. They are very pleasant to deal with, they just don't, they are just slow. They do excellent work when they do it, they are just slow. Either that or they are way too busy. I don't known whether they have scheduling problems, or more work than they can handle. I don't know for sure. I finally got them to come finish when I called and asked them if they wanted me to get someone else to do the work, and then they came to finish the job.

Steve and Lisa were both very prompt, professional and pleasant in their interactions with me. I was in a bit of a time crunch with the trim repair as I was selling my rental home, they were able to squeeze me in a day after I requested they complete the work. Crew members for both jobs I had completed were great to speak with and did a nice job. When the next storm rolls through our area, I will be contacting them to complete the work.

We decided to replace some of our super leaky windows before winter this year. My in-laws had used this company so we felt pretty comfortable using them as well. They did an awesome job with their house. Steve, the owner, came over twice to go over our options and take measurements. His wife Lisa was in contact with us right away about setting up a date to install and putting in the order. About two weeks later our windows arrived and the guys installed them ALL in one afternoon! They were super professional and did a fantastic job! They cleaned up everything afterwards - we just needed to move furniture back. The trim and everything around the new windows looks awesome, too. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

They were fantastic. They were the only company that explained the different products to us. They here everyday like they said they'd be. They cleaned up after themselves and answer any questions I had.
