+ -1 moreAN OVERWHELMINGLY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. WE HEARTILY RECOMMEND DSM CUSTOM CONSTRUCTION. THE COMPLETED WORK IS BETTER THAN WE THOUGHT POSSIBLE, AND WE ESPECIALLY APPRECIATED THE OWNER, DEREK MONTAGUE, COMMUNICATING WITH US AT EVERY STEP, SO WE KNEW WHAT HAD HAPPENED THAT DAY AND WHAT TO EXPECT THE FOLLOWING DAY. DEREK OR HIS BROTHER DID ALL THE WORK THEMSELVES, SO NO SUBCONTRACTOR/STRANGERS WERE IN OUR HOUSE. ALL WE HAD TO DO WAS INDICATE WHERE WE WANTED THE WINDOWS AND PAY THE BILL--DSM CONSTRUCTION DID EVERYTHING ELSE, FROM CALLING US TO TELL US WHAT TO EXPECT, AND WHEN, TO HIRING A DUMPSTER FOR THE DIRT AND OLD WINDOWS, TO GETTING A BUILDING PERMIT AND ENSURING THE PROJECT PASSED INSPECTION, AND THEY EVEN MOPPED THE FLOORS AFTER THE PROJECT.
Description of Work: INSTALLED TWO DOUBLE EGRESS WINDOWS AND FIVE GLASS BLOCK BASEMENT WINDOWS, AS WELL AS NEW METAL WINDOW WELLS FOR EACH WINDOW, EGRESS AND GLASS BLOCK.
