Description of Work: Applied new coat of asphalt on driveway. They were prompt, efficient, and my driveway looks much better than neighbors who used other companies. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: We bought a deal for the garage apron, and added replacement of a small sidewalk up to the front door, replacement of our asphalt driveway with concrete, and added an additional concrete parking area onto one side of our driveway. It looks good and it went well, except that one section of city sidewalk broke and had to be replaced (which looks kind of stupid, since it's a different color now than the rest of the city sidewalk). I wouldn't want to pay extra to make it match, but I was a little disappointed that they didn't tell us what happened. The workers left without saying anything about the mismatched sidewalk, so that was an unpleasant surprise to find it that way. Other than that, I was pleased with their work and response time. Their prices seem comparable to other companies.

Description of Work: Aurora did a fine job installing a 4 ft apron in front of my garage to replace some sinking asphalt. They answered all my questions and let me know exactly what would be happening when. After the concrete was poured, their sealcoating crew showed up the next day and sealcoated the rest of my asphalt driveway. The work was superb and very neat.

Description of Work: I paid through Angie's List and the service provider delivered good service EXCEPT sending me a bill for an additional fee AFTER the work was done. I felt hoodwinked. They should have indicated the job would cost more BEFORE they did the work and ask for my OK. Getting the bill afterwards made me wary of Angie's List as well as Aurora Asphalt.

Description of Work: I would use again but make a demand that I have a single project manager to talk to rather than try to communicate unique features to four different crews. The crews were great, they were professional and hard-working. They did good work. The problem was I had no single person to talk to to make sure each crew knew what I wanted done..The company did everything they could to meet my needs except for this one area. Hire them, but unless your driveway is pretty standard, get a single voice to coordinate your special needs.

Description of Work: Replaced asphalt driveway. I was satisfied with the job, but less satisfied with the end process. I never received a receipt for services rendered or any mention of warranty. Contact was good prior to, and at job commencement, but there was no followup or paperwork of any kind at completion.
