FANTASTIC! Wish we could afford to have them do our whole driveway. The apron looks fantastic - they were so careful and professional about having the apron merge with our existing brick pavers for our walkway.

Called Aurora concrete and they gave me a bid on March 26th for a walkway and steps. At that time I let them know that I needed to get my home on the market by the middle of May. He let me know that there were road restrictions and as soon as they were lifted they would start the project. They lifted the restrictions around middle of May. I did not receive a phone call I had to find out myself. I asked if they would put me on there schedule and he said that he wouldn’t be able to do that but that it was a 2 day job and it would be done after Memorial Day. On Tuesday no one showed up and no phone call on when they were coming so I called them and left a message. On Wednesday afternoon I received a call from Nikki and said “we were going to call you” to let you know we are going to do your project next Wednesday June 6th depending on the weather. I let them know that I was in a contract and that I was now in breach of and could they come on Monday. She said no and wanted to end the call. I let her know that I understood that I was not a priority but I needed them to understand my situation and that I had made a deposit back in march so that I could try to avoid these delays and not get pushed down on their schedule. They were not sympathetic nor very friendly. In fact Nikki was pretty rude and let me know that my estimator would call me if I liked and I replied yes. So Josh Miller calls me and let’s me know that they are sending me back my deposit and said they were not going to do the job that I had waited 2 months for. This company wanted to stick it to me. Please beware of their business practices and that they over promise and under deliver. I spoke to another concrete company and they said that this should never had happened and that places like this give them a bad name. I am a realtor and will let as many people know of this company and my husband is an attorney and we are now looking to sue for damages. BEWARE.....

New apron installed around last June, and I paid these guys to seal coat it to avoid salt damage. The new apron didn't even make it through 1 winter before I noticed the surface deteriorating, and I did not apply any salt myself. Contacted Aurora this spring, and the only response I got was this via email: "It looks like there is some salt deterioration on the spots where you drive over. Unfortunately there will always be some salt tracked in from the roads since we live in Minnesota and have to deal with the winters here. To help prevent further damage we recommend sealing the concrete. Most people go the the store (Home Depot, Menards, etc) and get the sealer themselves." Bottom line - I paid you guys to prevent this from happening, and it happened anyway and now you're not standing behind your products/services. The 15 year old concrete sidewalk and my garage floor (neither have been sealed) show zero deterioration, and I drive over them at the same frequency. I'd also like to echo the other reviews regarding the responsiveness of their customer support line. They let everything roll to voicemail. I think I only ever got someone to answer once over many attempts, and she said someone would call me back in 30 mins, which never happened. After my initial interaction and the email response above, none of my other voicemails were returned.

Good work on the driveway. They were fast and on the job. The only issue I had was they were not good at returning phone calls and addressing customer concerns and questions.

Scheduling on the front end was fantastic. Communication due to rain delays was wonderful. Team came out extremely early the next day to complete as soon as they could. Nice job trimming the edges, repairing cracks and cleaning up. Looks great.

Aurora cut in a new concrete apron to replace sunken asphalt leading into garage. Concrete guys did a fabulous job. Company also added a resealing of the remainder of the driveway at a reasonable cost.

They did a great job, they were on time and I was happy with them.

Came by and looked over the project and explained what they do. Since their equipment would not be able to maneuver the back yard, he explained they would not be able to take the job. I was very impressed with his straight forward explanation of what they can and cannot do. If I had a larger project, they would be on the short list.

The job went well. They seal coated a long (150ft) driveway, sealed cracks and repaired asphalt. This job was done 2 years ago and it still looks good. Time to re-seal.

Terrific - they were prompt, reliable, and the work done was completely satisfactory (it's hard to get exited about seal-coating, but if people did cheer for it, I would cheer for this team!)

I called them and talked to them for about 30 minutes on the phone, they asked that I send some pictures of the damaged driveway. I had to call them back several times for them to respond, once I did get them to call me back they informed me that they do small repairs on driveways.

Excellent experience. The teams were punctual and considerate. Very happy with the quality of both the apron and the sealcoating. Would absolutely use them again.

Everything was great, only thing was communication was lacking a bit. We would have appreciated a comunication when our deposit was received letting us know what to expect for next steps, and also more information upon completing the job. They did respond promptly when we reached out.

Just as planned. Was out of town when the work was completed came home to a like new driveway.

The estimate was quick, came in at a fair price, and they were able to complete the job before winter (a plus!). Nice work. I would definitely hire this company again.

Signed contract late May and waited until the end of July before I contacted them for an update. Due to weather and our family vacation we finally got the job completed late August. The only issue we have is that we have seams down our driveway.

I received a call from the owner the day that I made my purchase and was informed that I would get an email the day prior to them coming out. When the two workers arrived and before they started doing anything I was asked if I had any concerns. I did point out a few areas on the driveway that had shown up in the past week after the heavy rains. It was explained to me that old sealcoating will flake off and more may come off as they clean the driveway but that is nothing to worry about. The new application will take care of it. Prior to leaving one of the workers reminded me how long I should wait before using the driveway. Great communication by this service provider and his employees! My driveway looks fantastic and I strongly recommend Aurora Asphalt & Concrete.

I've used Aurora Asphalt several times over the years. They have always done a great job and have professional employees. I stayed off the driveway after they were done for a couple of days and the seal coat has been holding up well.

We paved my driveway. I picked the best rating one, I mean the one over an 100, 5 star, something like that. The price was fine. The price was pretty decent. Unfortunately, when they came to do the driveway, halfway done it was raining. They came back three days later but I guess the ground was soaked with water or something like that. They did finish up the things. Unfortunately, in about 4 months, it starts cracking. It was a private driveway. It starts cracking. So I contact them over the winter and they did showed up in July. They promise to cut off the cracked one and replace it. But they did not do it. They basically just said take off some chipped. I'm a little bit disappointed because it's a brand new driveway and it's like chalked u $1000. It's not too small project but it did turn out as well as expected.
