ASA Painting

I asked Mike Stimmler from ASA Painting to stop by and look over the house and provide an estimate of the work I requested him to do. He prepared a detailed estimate right away. I reviewed it and talked over my questions with Mike. He gave me valuable insight into the work he would do and why he was doing what he was doing. I made small adjustment to the work and Mike promptly reduced the estimate considering the change. He gave me a timetable for work to be done and kept me informed as to what he would be doing. He stopped back out just before his crew was to start to go over any last minute questions he had and any last minute details. Mike's crew came out and worked efficiently and professionally. They all knew each other and had worked together for years. When they needed assistance and access to the house they were courteous and very conscious of keeping all areas free from any residual paint, drips and spatters by taping and using drop cloths and covering sensitive areas like plants and shrubs. They were very cautious working outside with their ladders and around the plants...no damage at all. I was amazed at how thorough and professional the work was. No problems or call-backs as the work was done as agreed and on-time. Mike backed his work with a guarantee.
