We picked them because of their price. They came and did good quick work.

I selected Stinson Services, Inc. to perform hail restoration on my home and I'm really glad I did. Ryan and his crew did a great job start to finish. After the big storm came through this summer we were in need of a new roof and siding. Choosing a restoration firm in the twin cities was a bit overwhelming; there are so many. Experience and a good reputation were important to me; HAAG certification a big plus. After much review, I decided to call Stinson Services. Ryan and his company were dependable, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and they performed all repairs as agreed and on budget. I was confident that we were in good hands throughout the process and, when the project was done, our house really looked great. Bottom line; I feel like we received top-notch service and I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Ryan and his company are fantastic. He came out on time, took pictures of additional issues we had with our roof and gutters, and worked with the insurance company on the details. We didn't want the dumpster in the driveway for very long - so they placed it in the perfect spot and it was gone within two days. The guys showed up right on time the day for the roof to be installed and finished it in a day. They cleaned up everything when they were done and the roof looks fantastic. High quality shingles with 30 year warranty. Also it has rained several times since the roof was replaced and we haven't had problems with water flowing over the gutters or under the gutters - because Ryan and his team did a great job reattaching them. Ryan was great to work with too - extremely nice guy - very personable. I can't say enough of about the great job Stinson Services did. I would highly recommend them!!!!!!

Went well, decided to do some additional work after the original work was done. Originally was only doing the peak & doors.

They know very little about doors. For the front door I wanted a finished door with a different color on each side. They said there was no such thing. I found two different brands that make them. They ordered all the doors. I was told it would take 6 weeks to get the doors and have them all installed. The front door was ordered and installed with the wrong glass. The back storm door was installed, but it too was the wrong door (in fact it was the same as the one they took off). The front storm door was installed back wards and was at least a foot short of the frame. We asked them to order the right glass for the front door. Two weeks later they called to ask if we still wanted them to order it or would we accept this one for less money. We had to call them back to adjust the front door. The lock would not line up. This happened twice. Each time they walked away from the project and asked for their money, even though they had not completed the job to our satisfaction. It took about a year to get it to the point where I gave them all their money. Then it took a long time to get the lien waiver from them. Nothing they do is done on time. Quality control is non-existent.
