Technician was very professional and helpful, helped with a couple of minor issues at no cost.

They have done a very good job. We had a little problem with the thermostat and they came right out and replaced it with a new one. We haven't had a problem since then. We have recommended them to our friends who are also satisfied with them.

Received Angie's Big Deal email offer for an A/C checkup/tuneup. Called on Sunday to make an appointment...Wade, the president, answered! Said they were quite busy the next couple days, but they could fit me in on Wednesday. On Tuesday I called back and asked if I could also get my furnace serviced on the same appointment. They were booked up, and would have to schedule that tuneup later. However, on Wednesday, we spoke...the technician was running ahead of schedule, so they were able to fit in both tuneups on the same visit! The technician took his shoes off at the door, explained what he was doing when I had questions, and completed the annual service on both units in approximately an hour. He also mentioned that the employees love working there! Furnace and A/C are working great. Pronto was also able to give me their Big Deal price on the second tuneup. Thanks, Angie's List! In scheduling, arriving on time, and quickly completing the work, I believe they really are "Pronto". Dealing with them was reasonable, costwise, and no-hassle...I definitely plan to use them again in the future.

My web page inquiry was promptly responded to the next day. I talked with a representative and described my problem in detail. He was unwilling to offer any suggestions and said he needed to inspect the air exchanger. We set up an appointment for early the following week. I was told there was a $119 diagnostic fee and that we could go from there. The technician call ahead to let me know he was on his way. He arrived when stated and put shoe covers on before checking out the air exchanger. I got him a ladder and he quickly ascertained that the blower was indeed the problem (as I stated in my inquiry) and that these are replaced as a unit (that would have been nice to know ahead of time.) For reasons that are not clear to me, he did not bring the needed part although it is quite common and called in to get me a price to get the part replaced. He waited for 5 minutes, but when the shop didn't give him a call he presented me with my inspection bill and left. His total visit including waiting for the 5 minutes for the call back was no more than 15 minutes. He did call back later and let me know that the regular price for replacing this part was $692, but he was willing to offer it to me for $592. If he had brought the part with him I would have had him do the work. But after being charged $119 for less than 15 minutes of labor, I looked online and found the part in question at Sears for $355 retail. I decided to replace it myself. I consider myself a very amateur DIYer and have never worked on an air exchanger, but it took me only 5 minutes to remove the blower and 25 minutes to install the new one, including replacing some rubber grommets. I am sure a trained technician could have done it in half the time. Now the $119 for 15 minutes of work is sounding like a bargain. Very professional, but the pricing borders on the absurd.

We arrived home midnight on 4/29 and found that the furnace was not working. I sent Pronto an email explaining the problem that evening. We had never used them before but had heard good things about them. At 8AM Monday morning 4/30 i received a phone call from their service dispatcher who thought she could get someone out within the hour. At 9AM a service person arrived at our door and got to work on the furnace. He found out the ignitor controller was defective and replaced it. Then the furnace worked properly and he was out the door by 10 AM. This was very impressive response since they didn't even know me.

The service was great! They were always available to answer any of my questions. They were also thorough and cleaned up well. Their price was right compared to other bids I received. They are nice to work with.

They showed us all different price points for the furnace and the attributes for each price point. They did not try to up sell but educate us. They even pointed out the ones that would give us a government rebate. The following winter, after the furnace was installed, we had a bad snow storm and our furnace stopped working. We called them to look at it. They could not because the severity of the storm. However, the unit re started itself. They told us if the unit does not re start they would come out as soon as they could.

They did a good job. It was not a high pressure sales situation. They told us we did not need a new air conditioning and that it would last a few more years. We really appreciated that. They were on time, followed up. and courtesy throughout the entire process. They even wore booties over their shoes to protect our floors.

The experience was very good. It went far faster than I expected. It went extremely quickly and only took three hours. He also made an interesting recommendation. The unit sits outside and was on the south side of the home and he suggested installing the new one on the north side so the sun and heat will not be shining on it all day. The device is a heat ex changer, placing it in the shad would make it more efficient. They cleaned up afterwards. You would have never known they were here. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. I was home at the time and you would never have known the work was done. They were professional and left nothing behind. He measured all the doors and windows because those are the areas of heat loss. I felt it was a professional approach. He also quickly removed the old unit and sat it on the curb. I was afraid it sit on the curb for days. They had a crew that came almost immediately, within an hour of removing it, to pick up the old unit within an hour of removing it.

They were good. They were on time, it worked, and they were nice to deal with.

They experience was very good. They showed up on time and seemed to have a strong understanding of their product. They came up with a solution that some other vendors I met with did not come up with.

They were top notch. We were happy with the end result. They did good with price matching and we have nothing but good things to say. Afterwards, we called them because we were concerned about the temperature of the basement. We went from a dual to a single ducting system. They came out right away, for no additional charge, to a**** the situation. They were good about making sure we were happy with the end result.

They were congenial and helpful. They came back for service calls at no additional charge. They are a good family run business to work with.

From the initial quote visit to the installation, everything was performed very professionally and efficiently. The salesman was very knowledgable and very informative. The installers communicated that they would be a little late, but that they would still get the job done that day. The installation process was slick, they had removed the old furnace unit, installed the new furnace unit and thermostat, and left with everything cleaned up nicely.

I decided to go with Pronto after lookong at all the reviews. I had them come out and orovide an estimate. Terri did a great job going through the house and then explaining all of my options. I was happy with the initial contact that i did not pursue any other bids. The installiation went extremely well. They wore carpet protectors at all times and the house was left like it was when they arrived. Overall i am extremely happy with the quality of their work and would not hesitate to recommed them to friends and neighbors. The follow up has been great and they handled all the paperwork.

This was a positive experience, from the technician's attitude and professionalism to the service provided. He explained the problem and gave me an overview of how the boiler system works, easy fixes, and a good overall education. He was patient with my questions.

As I did not "own" the house yet I had no interaction with the installation crews. I only dealt with the salesman and we was very honest, courteous and got back to me as soon as he could to answer any questions I had. Once details on payment and scheduling were taken care of, Pronto was quick and efficient in completing the installation. I believe the work did not take more than one day. Overall quality of work was good however I do wish they had installed the furnace slightly elevated off the floor thus the lone "B" rating, my furnace sits right on the slab but I did not ask about raising it and it should not affect the operation of the furnace. Very helpful that Pronto takes care of all permits and disposal and then provides you with all information for rebates that the installed equipment may be eligible for.

I recommend them highly. They were courteous, on time and reasonably priced. I will use them again in the future.

We had a very old furnace with under the floor doctors that had collapsed. We solicited proposals from several different heating and cooling companies. We asked for proposals both from companies that had worked for us before and from companies with which we had no prior experience. Pronto was in the later category. Pronto was not only the least expensive (by a considerable amount) but was also as responsive or more responsive to our needs than any of the others. Pronto also gave us confidence that it had done this kind of project previously. We were impressed by their approach to solving our problem. When we awarded Pronto the project, it set a date for the install and it did the install on that date. No delays. Pronto's installers were very polite and very clean. They were very understanding that we had to live in the house at the same time they were doing the install. They were very willing to stop installing and patiently explain what they were doing whenever we had questions. The install was completed on time. They took away all their debris. They left the house cleaner than we anticipated. We have had no issues with any part of how the company handled our project. We would definitely recommend Pronto to anyone that asked.

On first call, someone answered the phone promptly. Helpful and knowledgeable owner helped me pick out a good, high efficiency water heater unit over the phone, while I looked at the units on the internet. A plumber installed the unit next day after I called and before I got return calls from some other Angie's List competitors. The plumber performed all requested extra plumbing work efficiently and sufficiently. Pulled all necessary permits required by the city. Plumber was professional and tidy. Took old unit away. Helped me fill out rebate paperwork. Sent me paperwork/instructions to have unit inspected by city. Over first two weeks, had intermittent problems with the unit not re-setting. Same plumber came out day of our call and fixed problem immediately. It was a unit malfunction, not related to the initial installation. Did not charge me for the service call. No problems since then. Would recommend for excellent customer service and professionalism. Not a bargain for service, but I also believe that you get what you pay for :)

They where prompt, professional, courteous, finished in one day and there have been no follow up problems.

I thought the professional was just great. She was courteous and arrived right at the scheduled time (7 a.m.). She took the time to listen to some of the concerns or questions I had and then she also took the time to explain what she was going to do, how long it would take and so on. Within 45 minutes, she was done and my furnace works fantastic. In addition to the tune-up, she was kind enough to add some remarks to the receipt so that during a recent home inspection, they would know that the furnace was tuned-up and that the inspector had the information they needed. I was just really pleased by the service and the cost. The cost was a special (approx. $70) and it was well worth it. I would definitely recommend them. Plus, they probably have the nicest-looking vehicles among the heating/cooling companies.

My furnace broke for the millionth time in several years. My service plus fixed it many times but it still had problems (no fault of theirs) Finally i just got on Angies List and choose Pronto. The sales guy came over on a Friday and my furnace was installed on Monday. Amazing! Everything went well. Professionally done. They arrived at 8:30am and I had a new working furnace by noon. I had Standard come over last year for a quote and they didn't have a clue. I have no idea why they are so high in the ratings but good for them. Pronto did a great job. Hire them if you need furnace work.

These guys are consistently providing the best customer service I have run into for a long time.
