The initial call to ask about details on the service was very warm and encouraging experience. The service tech showed up promptly as expected and was very nice to work with. He explained everything clearly in an easy to understand explanation. He was able to easily fix my issue and did so without trying to say unnecessary work was needed. I really appreciated his honesty.

Service call went great. After my order, I received a call the next day to schedule my appointment. They were very flexible on appointment times. Service call was prompt and started on time. They explained what they did and the adjustments done. They offered some suggestions to improve sealing my dry vent and some other safety tips too. I will use again for air conditioner soon.

It was good. It was $69 for the service call and $5000 for the new furnace. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They did it pretty quickly.

The technician was on time, clean, and professional. She answered my questions, gave me preventative maintenance tips, and pointed out a possible future problem. High recommended and will use them should anything else go wrong with my furance or AC.

We had Pronto install a new furnace/AC back in October, and since that experience was above and beyond what we expected, we called them again to install a new gas line so that I could convert my kitchen range from electric to gas. Not only were they as responsive and professional as I'd previously experienced, but their bid came in 40% below what another (ripoff) company had told us. While the gas line installer was working, I showed him a small issue we had with the furnace Pronto had installed for us. Within an hour, he had a service technician with a new part at my house to fix the furnace. Unbelievable service and timing, which should be the norm. We'll be replacing our hot water heater by the end of this year, and Pronto will be my first call.

Bought service through Angie's list offering. The next morning I received call from Pronto representative who confirmed date and time of appointment. The date of service the technician called prior to appointment to provide arrival time. He arrived on time and performed his service and left. The only thing I was not expecting was a sales pitch for a HVAC system, especially when my system still has at least five to ten years of life left.

Furnace gave out on a weekend and we called mid-day on a Sunday. They showed up Sunday evening, couldn't do the repair that night but provided space heaters and were back by 7 the next morning to do the job. Courteous, responsive and efficient.

It went well at first. The guy was on time and very helpful with explaining things in our mechanical room involving the AC and its ducts. He cleaned the AC outside and checked its wiring. He did not do anything with or check the compressor which I have read should be standard in an AC tune-up. Also he told me the levels of freon were low in the unit. He bet me that if he added freon ($90 charge) and it didn't work he wouldn't charge me for it. The added freon lowered the units cooling temperature by only 1 degree or so and he charged me. I thought that it was unprofessional to even offer that to a customer and accept that as improvement. I just did not have a good feeling with how the tune-up went. I felt that from that point they were coming in trying to sell more services to increase their cost to me since I used the Big Deal. I will not use them again.

He arrived on time. He checked all of the furnaces and also checked the humidifier. He replaced the filler. He answered of my questions and was professional.

Although it was a routine Air conditioner check, I found it refreshing that I didn't get any sort of sales pitch to upgrade anything. (The furnace and air conditioner are 15 years old, but still working good, albeit probably not as efficient as the new ones.) The tech that came out was personable and nice to talk with, and even explained everything he was doing (I am a curious individual). I will definitely use them for any HVAC needs from now on.

Great guys, punctual, responsive and fair

Happy with the product sold and happy with the install. I do feel though that I was talked into buying more furnace than needed; only given one option and the sales person put down the other contractor that had given me a quote. My own fault. if I were to do it over again, I may well have still done the same thing but asked for some less-costly options or perhaps gotten a third estimate.

I bought the special deal for a furnace tune-up. Pronto really lived up to their name! They were prompt, proficient, and did a wonderful job. I recommended them to a co-worker who had a problem with his furnace and Pronto showed up the same day, fixed the problem and did a tune-up--my friend was really pleased too. I highly recommend Pronto!

The salesperson was friendly and not pushy. She explained all the furnace options and answered our many questions. Then we said we needed to think about it and she left.

Everyone we encountered during the course of the process, was personable, informative, punctual, and respectful. The Comfort Adivsor was very friendly and was able to answer all our questions. He helped us evaulate the choices and make an informed decision. The installers arrived on time, were knowledgeable and approachable, and actually installed a few improvements that weren't in the original quote.

It went great! They showed up on time promptly, very very courteous and professional. They explained everything wonderfully and we had a very good experience with them.

At 8:00 pm, our furnace stopped working. We called Pronto, and Scott was out to our house by 9:30. He found a faulty part that he got working again to get us through the night, but said it needed to be replaced the next day. By Noon the next day, he was here with the part and installed it in less than an hour. He was professional, kind, and overestimated the total price, so we were happy to pay less than we expected. A great experience!

I would definitely use them again. I left a message at 2 a.m. asking for an appt and I appreciated that they told me in their answering service that they had availability the next day and that they would call back between 7 and 7.30 They actually called me even earlier and had early morning appts available. They gave me a 30 minute call ahead as promised. Mitch arrived right on time and was extemely professional. He assessed the problem quickly and had the parts needed in his truck.

The technician was prompt, even in a snowstorm! Very thorough and gave me some ideas to save money and care for my furnace in the future.
