Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning

Old furnace was malfunctioning. They came out right away and provided good information about the project-cost, length of time, etc. They installed it the next day. Very helpful-no problems.

We were having issues with our water, it seemed that there was some residue coming out of the faucet at times and the water pressure was pretty bad for the washer. Our water heater was noisy at times also. Travis was honest and explained everything that he was doing to find out what the problem was. He checked out the water heater and drained it and it turns out our problem had something to do with our water softener. I have a warranty on the water softener so I didn't ask him to fix it but he was able to push the stuck bypass valve that I was unable to do and showed me where to find the filters for the washer hose.

They were great. The fellow spent a long time waiting on the phone with Sears to learn that our heater was still under warrantee. I appreciated his honesty. By contacting Sears and waiting on the phone to talk to the right person he showed that he had our best interests in mind. He could have tried to sell us the part that was under warrantee because we did not know. But he didn't. His actions saved us close to $200. Thanks Pronto!

They were on time very polite the a/c unit was working properly just needed a cleaning. Need to replace furnace and a/c unit next year will have them do the job.

Excellent service. I received an email on LABOR DAY (!) to setup a service call the very next day. The Tech, Matt, was very helpful. He explained everything thoroughly and showed me how I can help prevent the issue from reoccurring on my own.

I couldn't believe that the company said they'd take care of everything for me. The employee said that she'll contact her refund department and a check will be mailed in the next few days. I was surprised that I didn't have to initiate anything. They took the initiative to help me out and took care of everything for me, hassle free. I would definitely recommend them to everyone that I know and they'll be the first company that I contact in the future. Pronto were the only ones that could get out the same day to look at my air conditioning. Everyone else was at least a day out. The technician was friendly, clean, and worked efficiently. Problem solved! And that's what's important.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out good. They found out that the problem was more significant and because my air conditioner was less than a year old they kind of gave me some advise that if I call the original place that had installed it a lot of things would be free. So, they kind of fixed the problem for a few weeks and then gave me some advised that would save me money. Their price was fair.

Pronto was awesome to work with. They had an appointment available right away. They called twenty minutes before they arrived. Eric knew what he was doing and was very nice. It was a great experience! I would give them a rating of A+ if it was available.

They came out and said everything looked fine--the unit was functioning normally. I appreciated that they didn't try to sell additional services. My husband paid the technician with his credit card, but I had already prepaid for the service call. It was easy for me to contact Pronto and explain what happened and they promptly refunded the over-payment.

Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning was satisfactory, it was fine. We have very comparable product that was installed for $8600. They were responsive and friendly.

The company was prompt on their responses. We needed to have them out 3 times before everything was fixed and working correctly. We had paid for the service call and the first part. The company backs their promise though and we weren't charged anything else.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. They came two days after I purchased the deal. I paid an additional $129 for the repair. They were very prompt and very professional. They did what I hired them to do. The price was good.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. It turned out my air conditioner was broken so they gave me a quote for a replacement and the quote was very high. I went with someone else. I thought the air conditioner they recommended, after talking to other air conditioning companies, was too large for my size home and was more expensive than the other quotes I was given. I felt the person who came out to take care of my air conditioner was a little pushy.

They installed my furnace in 2008 when they were a new company. The main person in the office is Crystal. They send out repairmen and I have had good luck with them.

The sales rep from Pronto came a the scheduled time. He walked around the house and did a few measurements including window sizes. He was very knowledgeable about the HVAC systems they offered and the high quality service they provide. He followed up with a phone call to see how things were going a couple of days later and to see if they could answer any questions. They also sent a follow-up mailer which was a nice touch. In the end, their estimate came back at considerably more (25% more) than the second highest estimate I received. I didn't feel like they presented a strong enough case for their installation and product to justify the large price differential, so I decided to go with a different company.

It went very well. Zero complaints. Everything from start to finish was tremendous.

Experience was very good. Originally called to have a water heater checked out as it was not providing hot water for very long. After discussing with the plumber we identified the problem to likely be the dip tube deteriorating. They could have repaired the dip tube but the water heater was already 14 years old so I decided to replace. They gave me a quote and we scheduled a time for the install and they waived the fee for the service visit. On the day of the install they were prompt and professional.

They did fine, they did a great job. Their pricing was the reason I got it, it was good. They're on time and the man did a great job.
