We received a furnace tune-up and as well as some cost saving tips!

The service was great. They did a really nice job. They checked our furnace and just made sure that everything was working. They did any sort of cleaning that needed to be done. I also had them look at our whole house humidifier because it is an old unit and I did not think that it was working and they confirmed that it was not and gave me an estimate to get a new one installed.

As promised, they responded next day to the purchase we made online for the tune-up offer, via email and phone call about scheduling. We got the tune-up scheduled within days for the next available time slot that matched our request. We were given a range of time (2 hours) and the technician came close to the beginning of that time slot. He used booties, which wasn't really necessary given his entry at our back door and the straight access to our cellar. He performed a routine furnace tune-up, providing a review about the current condition of our equipment, and advice about current products for the condensate pump and electronic air cleaner to keep things algae-free and more efficient. It was not a hard sell, but information good to have. Since we tune-up every year, there were no expected issues, and it was nice to have the work done at a lower rate than the last few years and to be introduced to a new vendor. We would use them again.

Everything went Very Well, gave us notice about a part that was making a little noise and how much it would be to fix, and just to keep an eye on it.

We had been told by another water heater 'expert' that our water heater may be rusting and that the anode rod may need replacing. Since I know nothing on the subject, I called Pronto for a second opinion. He showed up at the very beginning of my 12-2 window, then took a good look at my water heater and told me that everything looked fine. He explained what to look for to tell if my anode rod did need replacing and that my water heater had at least a few years left in it. Most likely saved me a lot of money! Thank you!

They were able to set an appointment working with my limited schedule. I received a call 1/2 hr before technician arrived as a reminder. Technician was professional, friendly and competent. He communicated clearly about the condition of the furnace and performed the maintenance needed to start the winter season.

The woman who came out to check the furnace was very professional and friendly. She helped with the issue and also offerred helpful suggestions. I was pleased with the service and would highly recommend Pronto.

Pronto was really easy to deal with once I made the purchase and were able to get to my house within 48 hours to do the work. Dan showed up on time after giving me a call in the morning to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional and knowledgeable and completed the work quickly. Overall a great experience and I would use them again.

The appoinment was made with Sarah. Matt arrived right on time. He was knowledgeable and personal. He spent about 45 minutes tuning me furnance and gave me some good information on filters and water pads. I will use Pronto again.

I called in early October and got an appointment the next day. Since I had waited until October to get this done I was very happy to get an appointment so quickly. The technician arrived on time, inspected the furnace, bled the radiators, and answered my questions. He was also very nice to my very large dog. It was a quick service and I thought the price was very reasonable. I will use them again next year.

This was the first time I had used Pronto, although I have been receiving their advertising flyers for years. The reason I contacted them was that they ran a furnace tuneup special on Angie's list that I felt was a very good deal. After making initial contact with them by email, they had a service tech at my house within a couple of days. The tech was knowledgable about my furnace even though it is not the brand that they primarily sell. The tech showed up on time, was pleasant and coureous and performed the requested service in a timely fashion. I especially appreciated that he did not try to put the hard sell on me for any parts or equipment that I did not need. I will definately recommend them and will use them again in the future.

He came and said I would need a new AC in a year or two. The next year, I used a different company and they said they did not think that was the case. I am not sure who was right and who was wrong, but for the past two summers my AC has worked fine.

The technician was prompt and direct. He told us the heat exchanger, although 30 years old as part of the old furnace, was in good shape and made entirely of stainless steel. He explained why stainless steel is a good thing for that part. He also told us that the furnace worked well and produced a very low and safe amount of carbon monoxide. All in all, he told us the furnace did not need to be replace, in spite of its age. This was very good news.

We were in a bit of a panic mode as we were in the 11th hour of our major home renovation and our general contractor had dropped the ball when it came to retrofitting heating and A/C to our 100 year old house. I had lined up several companies to come and take a look at the project and, after I had met with all of them, including Pronto, it was clear to us that Pronto best understood our needs and was able to address it in a timely fashion while staying within our budget constraints. Additionally, they were very patient when listening to our frantic explanations as to what we needed and then very detailed in their explanation as to what systems would work best for us. When it came time for installation, the Pronto team was timely, clean, professional and friendly. After having a renovation project that went less than smoothly with surly and incompetent workers, it was great to finally have some professional people on our project. Now, as we use the system, it works exactly as described and has proven to be a great fit for our house.

My air conditioner was fine, so it was a short visit. He was a little late because of traffic. He was very kind and cordial. He did a good job. He said that everything looked good. I would use them again.

Went very well...Pronto was on-time, very nice & professional, wore shoe covers in the house and gave detailed notes on the furnace & AC unit. The price was a great value and recommend doing before you put your house on the market.

I was told someone would be there at 9AM. At 9:15 I called and left a message. They then called and said someone would be there in 20 minutes. Finally they showed up at 10AM, and I didn't get an apology. He did a decent job when he got there but tried to sell me on a couple things I wasn't sure if I needed. So, they didn't live up to their "Pronto" name and I wouldn't use them again.

Hew was 10 minutes early.....what a refreshing surprise. Excellent! I felt the rather basic non-programmable digital Honeywell thermostat and installation at 140.00 was a bit much given that he was already on the job site. However the service person was extremely helpful with my concerns with an old Honeywell electrostatic air cleaner, to the point of cleaning them. I'll more than likely use them again. On the other hand the tune up was being promoted at $65, so overall the whole service call was reasonably priced.

Service provider was prompt and extremely professional. He looked tidy in his uniform and put on booties when he came into my home. We recently purchased our home and we had Pronto come out to do a furnace inspection. We have two furnaces that heat our home. All is well that ends well. I will not hesitate to call Pronto in the future.

Fast, professional, thorough service.

We purchased 2 Big Deals for them. We've used one of them and not used the other yet. The first one we purchased worked great. They were very prompt, friendly, and they did a great job. There were no additional charges. I will absolutely use them again. My husband actually met him and watched through the first part of the service with him. I was only here at the tail end of that. My husband and I discussed it and I met the service man at the end of the service.

The. Technician acted like he didn't want to there. He was so-so on the cleaning. He marred the painted floor with his toolbox.

The technician cleaned and tuned up the furnace. During the process he noticed the inducer motor was unusually noisy so he removed it, reinstalled it with silicone sealant at no extra charge. Great job.

I purchased the Angie's List Deal for $69.00. Service was quick and she knew what she was doing. I just felt like the Angie's List Deal was never applied to the bill and we were overcharged.
