We serve Minneapolis & St Paul as well as the surrounding suburbs. We manage Pronto from a local office & we are committed to providing friendly, hassle-free service and employing only the best technicians. You may recognize us from another local air conditioning company. The Sedgwick family sold its business in 1999 to a national manufacturer and Wade and Greg stayed on to run the business from 1999 through March 2008. We opened Pronto because we felt we could provide a personalized experience and exceptional customer service by managing our entire business from a local office. We are committed to providing friendly, hassle-free service and employing only the best technicians. Pronto is proud to have won the Bryant 2009 Dealer of the Year award. The award is given each year to Bryant’s best dealer out of more than 4,000 dealers in North America.

This morning at 7:30AM I discovered I had no hot water, and that my water heater had started to leak. I called Pronto and late morning they sent two very capable, professional gentlemen out with a new water heater. By 1PM, they were finished with the install. A week ago, I had purchased a replacement filter at Menards for my central humidifier. They kindly completed that maintenance task for me as well. They were meticulous about their work and demonstrated care when carrying equipment through my lower level.

Wow, what a great team of professionals. This is my sixth house and I usually use another Company but they were much higher for a bid so I took a chance with pronto.. let me say they will do all our future work. They are amazing to work with. Jack did a great job answering all our questions and the install was very smooth and professional. Highly recommend!

Ben was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and explained the technical side of what he was doing very well. He also suggested a cleaning of the blower fan which is now 13 years old, so we took advantage and he was able to complete it at the same time. If I were running a business I would hire Ben in a minute! Thanks Ben

Darran arrived right on time and drained the old water heater. Another Pronto technician arrived with the new water heater. They took away the old water heater. They had the new water heater installed in less than 2 hours. They wore masks the whole time and the work area was pristine.
Description of Work: My water heater that I bought from and was installed by Pronto three and a half years ago started to leak. It was still under warranty and Pronto replaced it the next day and there was no installation charge for labor. This is outstanding service.

Logan has been the representative to come each year for the tune ups. Very friendly and knowledgeable, Logan let me know that the AC unit was completely out of refridgerant and explained why it would be a better course to get a new unit as opposed to continuing the current RU-22 model and why. He was very open with it and explained all of it. Always a nice pleasure when Logan does the servicing.

Wonderful. Travis explained everything and was responsive to all of my questions. We had a cartridge leak on one of the faucets installed; he problem-solved the issue and made sure that I understood all of my options.

Furnace and water heater replacement
Description of Work: I have been very pleased with the prompt attention, responsiveness, professional treatment, quality of work and value we’ve gotten from our project with Pronto. They replaced our 25 year old furnace with a new HE unit and also replaced our aging hot water heater with a new commercial grade hot water heater with more capacity and a high recovery rate. They showed up exactly on time, did a very good quality job, and communicated throughout. They cleaned up well after themselves and carefully explained everything they did. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work or water heater replacement. Very happy customer!

Robby did a great job. He cleaned and blew out the drain lines for the furnace humidifier and the air conditioner. He replaced the April-aire humidipad filter. He cleaned inside the furnace cabinet, cleaned the flame sensor, and checked the wiring. He checked that the carbon monoxide levels are within normal limits.

Fantastic. The old unit was a relic and had been patched and cobbled. Chris and his team put in a complete new one, coils, piping, outside unit etc. Quality work and cleaned up the worksite when done. Also good explanations for what was done.

It went perfectly. We have 2 furnaces and 2 air conditioners at our small office building. One was cooling better than the other. Jeff came out and checked everything over and found what was wrong ... actually our fault in the settings. We signed up for the spring and fall tune-ups because we always forget to call until the season is half over.

They came out to find the problem and coils were so froze nothing could be done right then. So they came out the following morning to fix problem. Now, we are comfortable and not croaking from the heat. This company is great. Price was reasonable also.
