Representative arrive on time and performed the work and kept me updated as he worked on the furnace. He was very pleasant and seemed to be very detailed orientated. He was efficient and customer service minded. I would have Pronto come out and do more work for me in the future. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Same day appointment, just 4 hours from when I made it online. They called to confirm and let me know when the tech would come. Within minutes he diagnosed the problem had told me that he had the part in his truck. Fixed and done. He also sprayed the dirt out of the unit. Probably the first time in years. Definitely will call them again if I need to.

We have a small office building that used to be a double bungalow. It has 2 furnaces and 2 air conditioners, just the normal household kind. The air quit working on one side of the building on Friday. I called Pronto and they came out Monday morning to give us an estimate to repair or replace. They were both over 25 years old, so we decided to replace all 4 units. This morning (Wednesday) they were there at 7:00 to begin the installation. They did a wonderful job, were very neat, cleaned up after themselves, and now we can look forward to a cool office when we come in tomorrow morning. Matt was the person who came out to look at it and he was very professional. He went over everything with us and explained why he recommended the units he did, etc. We were very pleased with the whole process.

We were supposed to have someone at our home on May 28, between 11-1PM. I received a call at 12:30 letting me know that the tech was running late. I let them know that they had to be at our home before 2:30 or we'd have to reschedule. I was assured that they would be there. At 3:15, I finally called to reschedule for the following day. The tech who showed up told us that we had a small leak and needed to have our refrigeration recharged. It was $395 to have that done. When I asked what the cost to replace the unit would be, he let me know that it would be "right around $8,500". I opted to have the refrigeration recharged. It never fixed anything and our AC never cooled our house. Then, I was overcharged on my invoice by the $69 this offer was giving me, so I had to call to have it changed that same day. I emailed to let them know that things were still not working, since it was after hours. They called back and left a message at 10PM. I called the next morning. Played phone tag with two different people for a day and a half and then they stopped returning my phone calls. Now, I am out $400 with an air conditioner that still doesn't work.

I realized my hot water heater was kaput at 5:00 on a Friday afternoon. I called Pronto as they had installed my air conditioner a few years back and I had had good luck with them. Nick told me my options, and he set up a replacement for the next day at 9 am. He was very patient in answering all of my questions. The technician was on time, was very quick and professional, and I love my new hot water heater! I would recommend this company in a heart beat.

The service was amazing. I very much appreciated the professionalism and expertise of the technician. I especially appreciated the well marked service vehicle, and the technician wearing a pronto shirt and hat.

Robby(Service Engineer) came in early - But made sure he called me in advance to see if it is ok to come in few minutes early. After that it was an all pro engagement :) Once he took a look @ AC and found the issue, he explained to me what needs to be done for the repair and how much it would cost. Once agreed to get the repair done on the same day , he fixed the water leakage in the unit due to a clogged drain pipe (Centex Homes when they built the house had glued each piece of drain pipe so you have to cut it for any maintenance). Once the leakage was fixed, Robby did an all round checkup to see rest of the unit is working as expected and assured all is good. Pronto is going to go a long way with team members like Robby! I am glad that I used Pronto's services - real professional folks. No rip offs - they know what they do and explain what they do and charge only for what needs to be repaired. Right from the first call I made to Pronto to the completion of repair service - I am extremely happy with their customer service, their responsiveness and the actual repair work. Already made up my mind to sign up for their annual maintenance plan which seems to be cheaper option than HomeServicePlus (I did check it up) and with the kind of service I got - it is a no brainer :)

We were very pleased. They are true professionals, timely, cleaned up before they left and made sure I understood what was going on. I would recommend them to everyone.

I purchased a tune up because it was actually cheaper than paying for a service call. They couldn't get out as early as I would have liked (without paying an extra emergency fee) but I'm sure that they were pretty busy, as it was early in the season and many people hadn't turned on their air till then. The technician found our unit to be empty of all coolant. He gave me a couple options. I can't comment on how competitive their price was, as I just had them do the service right then and there. I don't know how it would compare to others. I did like the technician. He was friendly and professional. When we need to replace our system in the coming years, I will definitely contact them for a quote.

I went with this company because of a discount tune-up special I bought on Angie's List. The technician was prompt, friendly, and appeared to know what he was doing. He gave me tips on how to maintain my unit throughout the summer and did a good job at answering my questions. It was a good experience.

Mitch was extremely professional and understanding, and was very helpful in finding what the problem was. He clearly explained everything that was happening. Him and another technician getting a test kit he needed out to him without rescheduling was very accommodating. I and made sure I was satisfied before he left, giving me his personal cell phone number if there were any concerns. He answered his cell phone after working hours on a weekend and did everything he could to help me as soon as possible. Overall Mitch went above and beyond. The installer (I'm sorry I forgot the name) was also very professional, and explained everything he was doing along the way. He made sure to check several different ways to make sure the system was not leaking anymore after the installation, knowing I had problems with leaks in the past. Both people I was in contact with made very personal efforts to ensure I was satisfied, and made very long guarantees of their work. The only criticism i can give is that they weren't the best price in town, however I feel the high level of service was worth it.

It worked out okay. I would use them again.

Furnace was not working properly. First person who came out checked everything on furnace out and said it was OK. It still was not running properly where it would shut down at various times. So I called a few days later and they sent another person who said I know what it probably is and noticed that the outside venting for the high efficiency furnace was plugged with snow. He cleaned it out and it has been running great since. The only reason I rated B's was fo rthe first service tech. who did not properly diagose the problem. If the second tech would have came out originally, it would be all A's.

We are on their service program and while doing the a/c checkup he discovered a leak in the wall to the outside water spigot. He was not licensed to fix that particular problem, so another man had to come to fix the problem. That person came the very next day. We have used Pronto for over a year now, and they are always very prompt and professional.

Great! The person came on time ;assessed the issue and offered a solution. Worker had the tools in the truck and was able to fix the problem within an hour. I was totally pleased with the service.

The service provider arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it. It did not cost more than the price quoted on the coupon. Happy ending.

Service tech was very professional and very helpful with repair and with ideas on how to avoid future issues.

It went very well. The guys were right on time. The only issue was a return air vent was to be added in one place, but had to go in another place because the paperwork wasn't read through completely before the job began. When I said, "Hey, isn't there supposed to be a return air vent?", the furnace was in and the original spot was unavailable. No biggie, though. They took care of it and all is well!

Tech was friendly and was frank about what he found with my AC system. He did not push about having them do more work but he did provide a lot of recommendations.

They arrived exactly on time, were very polite, wore shoe covers to protect my floors, and explained clearly everything they did.

My A/C unit is not working so I checked Angie's List and Pronto had a coupon for $69 for AC diagnostic within 48 hours. It was Friday afternoon. I thought that puts me at Monday or Tuesday. When I called they said they the earliest they could work me in would be Thursday. Why advertise a special if you cannot deliver? Very disappointing.

we purchased prepaid service. we later decided we did not need the service and our purchase was refunded. we had no contact with Pronto and therefore no review.

They were great! Professional and on time.

We called early in the morning hoping they could come out on the same day, we were lucky enough that we fit into the schedule at the end of the day. The person doing the scheduling was very friendly and helpful and explained well what was included in the diagnostic price. She also did a very good job of setting expectations for when the tech would arrive, she explained that they hoped to be there between 2 and 4pm, but they were very busy and fitting us in might mean that the tech would be later than that, but he would call. The tech arrived about 4:30 and was very professional. He asked some basic questions about the problem and then went to work with the diagnosis. On top of being professional he also was very good with my 3 curious children, explaining to them what he was working on and talking to they so that they felt involved in the process. After checking outside and finding that the unit appeared to be getting low power, he opened up the furnace and found an error code for high pressure. He checked the pressure, found it normal and reset the system at which point the air began to work again. He stayed long enough to make sure it kept working and explained that this could happen due to a power surge, or the fan on the outside unit could be intermittently going bad (which would cause the coolant to overheat and throw the pressure code). Since the unit is newer he didn't think it was the fan, but we should watch it. When I talked to my wife later in the day she said there was indeed a power surge so hopefully that is it! The tech was also sure to mention that if it happens again, we would not have to pay the diagnostic charge again, just the repair fee, which I thought was a great policy. Overall a very good experience. The company was professional from the initial call to the end of the service performed. On top of that the tech was kind and considerate of 3 young curious kids.
