They arrived on time and quickly got to work, they answered all our questions and pointed out things that might go bad in the future. Overall I was happy with their service, however I felt a little pressure when he kept mentioning that I would lose a great discount if I didn't choose to replace my furnace before the end of the year.

We hired Pronto to perform an annual check-up on our home furnace. The technician was prompt, arriving on schedule. This is important for us, so we appreciate them being on time. The technician was very friendly. W e performed all the testing as promised. He even wrote down the results and interpreted them for us. Very professional. We highly recommend Pronto!

Because we had a service contract for one year, the tune-up did not cost us anything. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to give us an idea of what we'll be expecting for how long our furnace will work. They were very punctual.

The furnace checkup went great. He was very thorough and professional and provided a quote for some other work that we were looking to have done.

Keith showed up exactly as scheduled. I showed him the furnace room and he immediately diagnosed my problem. Something called the inducer motor was failing. He also showed me how to keep the furnace running until after Christmas when replacing the motor ($748) will be more financially advantageous for me. The service call was $139 and worth every penny. He went on to say that when they come back to replace the failing motor there would be no additional service charge, just the cost of the motor. I couldn't be any more pleased with my Pronto experience. From start to finish they did exactly what they said they would for a fair price

Robby was on-time, very professional, and considerate of our home. We just moved into our house and had never experienced the current heating system through a MN winter, so we wanted be sure it would perform correctly and have it thoroughly inspected. Robby inspected and cleaned our 20 year old year Lennox Whisper Heat furnace. He was very responsive to my questions and was able to educate me as a new home owner of the basics while he performed his work. Some questionable areas were found in the Duracurve heat exchanger, as Robby, and later others, mentioned were common with this model of furnace. Robby showed me the questionable areas he found with his camera, allowing me to see first hand the condition of the heat exchanger and not just simply have to take his word for it. At one-point he was debating on clearing it for operation, because of the areas on the heat exchanger, which I felt was slightly dramatic and a little excessive, but I understood his position since he was responsible for the safe operation and inspection of the furnace. He suggested replacement of the system. He continued the cleaning and inspection, found there to be no leaking of carbon monoixde, and cleared the furnace for operation. Due to the questionable areas of the heat exchanger, it was suggested I should look into replacement, so I scheduled a follow-up appointment/estimate. On 10/13/2014, I spoke with Marty about an estimate for replacement. Marty was also on-time, very professional, and considerate of our home. Marty was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products he recommended. The only reason we couldn't go with Pronto for the full replacement of our heating and cooling system was due to price. They were the highest of my seven estimates, but they included warranties and an overall feeling of the job being done right and cleanly the first time that many of the other estimates did not give me. If I had a slightly bigger budget, I would have gone with Pronto. Only one issue with the service/Pronto. There was a $25 CenterPoint Energy rebate available for getting a furnace tune-up, that I only learned about after researching rebates for a full system replacement. After several calls and waiting a couple weeks for the required paperwork from Pronto to arrive in the mail, I finally just went to pick up the form in person at the office necessary for the rebate. I would have a hard time lowering the ratings I gave, because it was their peak time of the season and I am not sure who's fault it was.

The technician was there for about 45 minutes and did a full inspections and then talked to me for another 15 minutes or so. He explained that everything was ok for now and we would be good until next year. If something were to happen to the unit, I would definitely call them to take care of it. There was absolutely no pressure that we would "have to use them" next year. He just mentioned to give them a call next year for another inspection.

He explained what he had found and cleaned while checking the furnace. I have a 16 year old furnace which I was suspecting things could be starting to go wrong with. No pressure at all. Very professional.

The person answering the phone treated me in a condescending manner, which was actually kind of funny, because she knew NOTHING about my type of heating system. She argued with me that since I had baseboard heat, it had to be electric, and that she needed to send an electrician to my house. She kept putting me on hold to either laugh about what I was saying or ask someone else there questions about what I was saying. She was so unprofessional I could not believe it - obviously totally untrained for the job she was doing. She offered to have someone call me back, and they did, but I was totally uninterested in doing business with this company.

They gave me a special Angie's List pricing. They're always good. He did his job well and explained everything he did. They're very neat. They always put the booties on. They're very respectful of your home. They asked if we had any questions. Everything checked out well.

I highly recommend them. They are very professional.

Travis was great.Courteous,on time,and efficient: speaking of which he was able to show us a diagnostic printout that indicated the efficiency both before and after the service. The overall efficiency was increase by more than ten percent. WooHoo. We are very happy to be saving energy and money!

They were very effective. They put it in with no problems. They did have to come out 2 months later to fix a leaky exhaust system. Everything is working as far we know.

Everything went well. The technician was on time and very polite. He let me know about everything he did and found. He also let me know about a rebate I could get from CenterPoint Energy for the tuneup.

Pronto was amazing! They were punctual on getting to the house to assess our need and in following up with a quote for a new boiler. Upon accepting their offer, they came out within a couple of days to install and to remove the old boiler. Throughout the process, communication, service, and responsiveness were top notch. Very impressed and pleased!

He was on time, professional, detailed and had the receipt E-mailed to me straight away. Only thing that was missed was a rebate I was eligible for. But it was caught at the next one. No worries.

Chris arrived onsite. Very professional, good work. He kept me updated on the condition and even filled out a rebate form i was eligible. When I asked about the furnace at my other house done last week, he adjusted the rebate form. Chris was an all star to me. I have one furnace that is 25 years old an running like a charm. The other newer one is in great shape. I would use Pronto at anytime.
