The service was completed professionally and in a timely manner.

It turned out great. They were right on time and were extremely helpful. There were additional charges beyond the big deal amount only for the additional maintenance that they did. They had to replace a motor and it was $600 extra. I totally recommend them. They were kind, courteous and really on the ball.

I would recommend them to friends and family because they were prompt. The service technician is matt. He was very friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions that I had for him. He did it fairly quickly and he did a pretty good job. He's courteous and cleaned after.

They are very thorough, good and tell me the truth if something is wrong. The person who came out was friendly and told me a couple of things that I should be doing.

Pronto is phenomenal!! Our experience with the entire Pronto team was excellent. We remodeled our 1950 home 10 years ago and heating and cooling the old part of the house was not very good and we had a lot of condensation on all the windows and thought zoning would help with the condensation issue. The Pronto sales technicians spent a few hours looking at our system and noticed that the pervious installers didn?t hook up vents (which Pronto fixed on the spot!), didn?t have enough air return vents, and the AC was under sized. Bottom-line, we needed more than just zoning to resolve our issue. There was a lot of work to do and Pronto did it all in one day! The technicians were very nice, very knowledgeable and cleaned up everything after they were done. We highly recommend Pronto for all your HAVAC needs!

They were good and I like them. The guy that gave the quote did a good job. In a couple of days they had the installer out and they were done in one day. I like how quick they got the job done.

It was done very well and they were very professional. They got it done in about an hour. They were prompt and on time. The representative was very helpful and answered any questions I had and was very thorough.

Early Saturday morning I discovered the furnace was not working properly. Shortly after 7:00 AM I left a message for Wade. He called back about 7:30 AM. He said the technician would be out between 10:00 & 10:30 AM or possibly sooner. The technician arrived around 9:00 AM, identified the problem and had it fixed in about half an hour. I was very pleased with such a quick response on a Saturday morning.

Over all went well. However, I was a little disappointed and I think the technician was as well - that he did not start with checking the furnace filter. I had purposely NOT changed it since I was waiting for this appointment. When he did his check he could not keep the furnace running and thought there was bigger issues when in fact the 3M Filtrete was just blocking its air flow. Once I put in the new filter as he was still trouble shooting it never was an issue. He was overall very professional and did a good job cleaning the lines for this high - efficiency furnace. But he lost a great deal of time by not checking the furnace filter first.

They completed the job. I was dissatisfied with some of the fine print regarding pets within the deal. Overall, my experience with them was good.

I was very happy with the service. The tech arrived on time, was very professional, and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. They also provided me with paperwork to send to my gas company so that I could get a rebate I wasn't aware of.

Very diassapointing that Pronto has turned out to be like so many other unethical service providers. I have used them over a dozen times for various properties and they were always good and fair. No longer. What should have been a 250 job due to it being a weekend they charged my wife over 500.... Part cost in real life 20 labour 100.... Okay could live with 250 which would have been in line with other repairs and charges in the past, but double that and taking advantage of the situation when dealing with my wife is unacceptable. Called office and they refunded 77 to cancel the unessasary service package but claimed the following.... Pronto has changed thier pricing in order to stay in business and cover expenses... So warning to those people expecting the same good level of service for a fair price Pronto is no longer the company to call. When they have fewer customers calling maybe they will realize the mistake. I have 8 properties in MN and to date always used them, however when a business takes advantage of a women, up sells and over sells then they will never again set foot on one of my properties or any person I know. Assume they have grown to a size where they feel they can manipulate and rip women/customers off, sad I used to recommend them.

Inspection seemed ok, the "cleaning" consisted of wiping it with a rag. I figured it would have been more than that. The technician neglected to close my front door all the way a couple times when going in and out.

SIgned up for services when I noticed a rattling in my furnace after the weather started getting cold. Scheduling was a breeze, Matt showed up on time, looked into the rattling and determined it to 1) be the induction motor and 2) not a major problem. Performed a cleaning and tune-up and pointed out a minor problem with how my cold air returns were routed and recommended I get a duct cleaning. Everything was quick and easy and I'd use them again for any future furnace issues.

Called when they opened at 7:30am. They were able to get me in same day after a cold snap (another company said "monday", which would have been 4 days out due to the number of people with no heat). Initially stated between 2pm-4pm. There must have been an opening because they called me to let me know a 12pm was available. Technician arrived on time. Wore booties in the house, so did not track in snow. Evaluated my problem and said it was a dirty ignition sensor. Recommended a club membership to Pronto since it was a few dollars cheaper than a service call plus furnace tune-up. So I will get a "free" AC tune-up in the spring -- nice! Work was completed in about 1/2 hour. Very professional -- virtually no mess. I am very happy with this service.

Great Job - we got a coupon and used Pronto after they had good reviews and worked with our brand of furnace. They were on time professional and answered all our questions. If we need anything we will use these guys from now on. Easy!

The furnace checked out fine, but the A/C needed some work, which they took care of. They were very friendly and knew what they were doing.

Everything went well. The city inspector said they did a good job with the work. They showed up on time and it took the amount of time they said it would take. They put plastic down and clean up was good.

The service was great. The technician was polite, professional and he gave me some good pointers. I will be using Pronto again for my AC tune up.

Great service. Tech was on time, did good work, and provided a good summary of the work she performed. Even fixed the squeak that occasionally occurred when the furnace was running.

It went great. Lucy was quite thorough, helpful and knowledgeable. Pronto was MUCH BETTER than the prior heating company I had contacted previously for service. Lucy also gave me a second form she filled out for me to send to Center Point Energy for a $25.00 refund.
