Very professional, and friendly. I'm happy with the work that was done...and technician explained all work performed. Will definitely use them again next fall.

Everything went well from the scheduling to the actual work. The only negative was the service technician was late in arriving for the appointment. I was given a two hour window of opportunity and he was about 40 minutes past the time frame given.

Very quick to respond to my red tagged furnace, and replaced it the next day.

It went pretty well. Everyone was professional and punctual. Their price was higher than a couple others that I received quotes. I guess time will tell if it was the correct decision to use them. One irritant was that I had no heat the night after they installed the furnace which happened to be a pretty cold night. They came out the next day and the guy found that they installer had not flipped the on switch on the furnace itself. The fan was blowing fine but no heat. I had to miss some work to meet with the service rep so wasn't real happy.

Went as planned. I was so impressed with their service I bought into their maintenance plan that provides an AC check up in the Spring and another furnace check up next Fall. They also replaced the media filter in my furnace mounted humidifier.

They ultimately were very flexible with us in getting to a lower price point than the original quote and we appreciated that. I would recommend that customers determine their budget and have an open discussion with Pronto about that. We found Pronto to be flexible on price but you have to find the blend of budget/scope to your project. We were happy to make a deal work with Pronto. We also appreciated Pronto's 0% financing program offer. We also really appreciated Kurt's professionalism throughout the process and the installers were also very professional. They were very technically sound and friendly on the installation day. They did a great job with the electrical work to move our thermostat to the main living level. We had a complicated mechanicals situation and they made some significant improvements to our HVAC. It was a smooth installation process, and we would recommend Pronto to others; they won't be your cheapest option, but Pronto does HVAC installations very well. We haven't received our rebate forms yet, but are confident that we can get that worked out. Thanks Pronto for a great install and a great HVAC system! Our favorite part is the Wifi programmable thermostat.

It went very well. The best part of the experience was with the sales consultant. Choosing a furnace and A/C unit is very complicated. There are so many options and differences between brands and models. The consultant listened to what was important to me and answered my questions in plain English. This was a way better experience than with competitors and made my choice to go with Pronto. The installers also was willing to be flexible to my desires when it came to vents and location of A/C unit. They were also very polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend Pronto

Jason was an incredible asset when I called into the office to inquire about a garage heater for a garage remodel. He was very personable, and it was obvious he has a lot of expertise as he guided me through the process of deciding how many/how large of a garage heater to consider, etc. Their price came in right around that of all of the other major (and even smaller) highly-rated companies on Angie's list. I decided to go with them based on the reviews, as well as my personal interaction with Jason. The crew Pronto sent out was phenomenal. A bunch of really nice guys who were responsive to all of our particulars on running new gas pipe for the new garage heater etc. They were prompt, did a great job of explaining each of their steps, and were just great to work with as well. They cleaned up well - it was like they weren't even there! Our new garage heater is phenomenal, and I was incredibly pleased with the people and the service at Pronto. I will definitely refer them on to my friends and coworkers, and would be happy to use their services again. I couldn't have been more impressed with this company, from start to finish!

I stepped into the shower last Saturday to find I had no hot water. Great. The thing was less than two years old and I was pretty sure it wasn't leaking. Turned out the pilot light was out. I tried to get it to light, but couldn't get it to go. I was pretty sure I had a warranty on the heater, but also have Service Plus from Centerpoint Energy. I called Sears (where I bought the heater) and tried to set up an appointment. Well, they couldn't get someone out for a week. A WEEK? Unacceptable. Note to self: do not buy appliance from Sears again. Called Centerpoint Energy. Guess what? They aren't open on the weekend. Awesome. Tried to log onto the website to set an appointment, but it was down for maintenance until Monday. Awesomer. By now I was hotter than that heater had ever been, and decided to check Angie's List. Of course the plumber I had used in the past, the one who charges about $89 an hour doesn't work weekends, and I wasn't going to go days without hot water and couldn't take more time off work to wait for someone to show up within a four hour window, so I checked other reviews. I called the first option that had good reviews and did "24 Hour Emergency Service", only to get voicemail with the message that they don't check their voicemail until Tuesdays. Even awesomerer. Well, Pronto was the next option, so I gave them a call. The woman who answered (an actual person, yes!) was very pleasant, but said that their plumber was off until Monday. Here we go again. However, their tech was available and could be here in 20-30 minutes. No guarantee he could fix it, but he could try. It actually took about an hour for him to show up, which was a little frustrating, but way better than waiting days. Well, he got it started pretty much right away. This was great. I felt dumb for not being able to get it started. And I was out $189 in less time than I would later spend in the shower. Their non-weekend price is $139, and I understand the weekend up-charge, but, ouch.

The service was flawless from initial consultant through installation to follow up energy rebate forms and inspections. Everyone I dealt with was polite, professional, and provided great information. During the consultation they determined I didn't need as large a furnace as was installed originally. They definitely provide pro's and con's, without any pressure to purchase more than needed. The installation went off without a hitch, and they did a great job reviewing the equipment with me, and providing guidance on using the new features. They provided completed rebate forms to me, so all I had to do was add my account numbers, sign and mail them. The electrical inspector said Pronto was the only company he had called in his 20+ years to congratulate them on the quality of their work. The mechanical inspector said he knows if Pronto does the job the work will be perfect. I would recommend them without reservation, and already have. Pronto is excellent!!

A/C broke on a Saturday. Called them out and they were able to send someone over within a few hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my A/C. Since the unit was 21 years old, he did not have the part need to fix it, and the cost of fixing it would be pretty high. I decided to purchase a new A/C and furnace (since the furnace was also over 20 years old). He went through different options and I picked one to fit my budget and my home needs. They came the following Tuesday to replace both units. They covered the carpet to make sure they did not make a mess. They worked all day and got both units installed. They did a get job in cleaning up after themselves as well. The cost was exactly what was quoted (no hidden fees). A few weeks later, they sent all the information as well as included stamped envelopes for all of the rebates (purchased high efficiency systems). Overall, the service was excellent. Thanks!

I was really impressed with Pronto's professionalism and service. I had been trying for months to find a service provider to install an exhaust hood in my home kitchen and kept being told that the service could not been done. Pronto was the only service to explain to me that this is because I lived in the city of MPLS, and that required special permits that many providers did not carry. They themselves did not carry the permits and could not complete the service, but they pointed me in the direction of reputable providers that could do the service. I am so grateful for their professionalism and taking the time to help me even though it would not earn them a dime. They have, however, earned my loyalty.

In short, Pronto did a nice job, on time, for a competitive price. Recommended. My 20 year old system needed major repairs so I decided to replace it. Marty, the salesman, measured the house and recommended either of two systems. Over the next few days I emailed him for additional information and each time he s responded within a few hours. After all the utility- and other- rebates, the two prices were almost the same so I went with the higher-end system. On the day of installation, the first worker showed a few minutes early and the entire crew was assembled right on time. They seemed to be very professional. I'm no expert but it looks to me like they did a very good job -- certainly the sheet metal work was an improvement over what they replaced. The utility companies give significant rebates for high efficiency equipment. Three weeks after the installation, Pronto sent me all the forms, filled out, so I just had to sign and send them in.

We came home after a trip to find a furnace fan that was on the verge of an electrical fire. Pronto came out quickly and found the fan was in need of replacement but the same issue caused a crack in the heat exchanger which can lead to CO issues. The were able to get someone out very quickly during a very hot time of the year to help talk about options and get us a quote for replacement. Wade the sales person was great. He was extremely knowledgable, gave great advise and was not pushy at all. We were very up-front about not wanting to purchase the same day but instead wanted to research a bit more before buying. This was no problem at all. We went with the recommended option and they were able to install the next day, on July 3, before the long weekend! Kevin and his install team were extremely professional and did fantastic work. They answered questions, showed off the details and did a great job cleaning up after their work. We would and have recommended Pronto to friends and family!

The staff at Pronto was phenomenal. From the person who helped me schedule my appointment (I believe her name was Lynette) to Eric (the tech who completed the work). Our air conditioning unit had quit working completely while my husband had been placed in the hospital. He couldn't come home until the air conditioning unit was working. Pronto scheduled the tech to come out the same day and didn't charge extra for the service. Eric identified the issue, corrected it, and was on his way in under an hour. I had never heard of Pronto Heating Air Conditioning. I will definitely call on them for future repairs and absolutely recommend them.

the technician was prompt and professional. He thought the electric company's Saver Switch was turning the air conditioner on and off and he could find nothing wrong with the air conditioner. I would call Pronto again if I needed service.

Our water heater quit working and started leaking on a Friday around 1:30. I called Pronto at 2:45 and they had someone out for an estimate at 3:15. We needed a new water heater and they were able to install one the next morning - Saturday! - and we had hot water before noon. They were exceptionally responsive, professional, and prompt! Would not hesitate to use them in the future.

We were disappointed at having to do the work, but the technician was understanding and showed us various long-term options for managing what has become a recurring rodent issue before getting the AC unit running again.

I received a reminder email the day before the appointment and then a call when Robby the serviceman left for my home. He was prompt - arriving within the time promised. He did a thorough job of cleaning the outside unit and checking the capacitor and the refrigerant level. He also checked the filter and the furnace inside the house. He was very professional, knowledgeable and neat.

Pronto was professional and prompt. A technician came out on Saturday (on short notice) to assess our nonfunctioning AC unit. We eventually decided to replace both our old AC and furnace as there were cost savings involved. The Pronto team came over on Sunday to discuss pricing options. A few days later we had a fully functioning home comfort system. The installers were on time and very efficient. Before they left, they showed me how to run the digital thermostat and explained everything they did. I was very impressed and would recommend Pronto to others.

Matt called ahead to make me aware he would be 10-15 min late because of traffic issues. Then he went straight to work, found the bad part pretty quickly and replaced it. The work was done in roughly 1/2 hour time. He took the time to explain that the part was just bad and we could have done nothing to prevent that. Additionally he informed me about possibilities how to maintain the a/c in the future. Thanks again for a job well done!
