Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning

One of the coldest days of the year, and our furnace breaks down. So we called Pronto - they had a furnace in stock and could install it the next day! A team arrived - all polite, efficient, helpful at every stage. They made it look easy, and less than four hours they were done, the furnace working like a charm, and not a trace of the crew's hard work left behind except for our toasty house.

I am very pleased with the work that was done by Pronto. They came soon to do an estimate. They employees who came for the install were professional, pleasant and involved me in all steps where there were choices involved. The physical fan and controls are fantastic- I went with what they recommended. Everything seemed to be done well and they cleaned up. It will keep the bathroom in good shape for a long time. Before the new fan, I only had a window which was ok per code in 1980, but clearly was not good for the interior air and paint. I am a very satisfied customer! Would hire again.

They did a great job installing a new furnace. Charged me exactly the price I agreed to with the Sales Rep. They even did extra at no extra charge without my asking, cleaning a water heater pipe and re-routing an air conditioner hose.

Diagnosed a part had been damaged and controls for the unit needed to be replaced. Setup delivery of the part and for a complete repair next week.

Work was done quickly. Robby was a very courteous and easy to interact with.

They replaced the thermostat as it was under warranty (Pronto/Bryant has a 10 year warranty on their products!)

Well. He knew the problems, the building code, and the options available.

Furnace was fixed (Heat Exchanger replaced) - Great work by 2 Technicians. 5* work. However, the clean-up after was average. They used tissue to wipe the furnace residues (black, dusty stuff) put tissues in the toilet and dirtied the bathroom sink (blackish residue). I would have appreciated if they had just informed me so I would clean it up right away. I noticed it the day after. Hence the B rating overall. The quality of Technician(s) and work is very good however. Thank You.

I had Pronto out twice, had to pay the first time, but not the second time because the second visit was within weeks of the first visit and they had not fixed my problem. They told me they were going to try and find the replacement fan blower motor for our unit, and they would call me back within a day or two. The second visit was back on Nov 3rd. I have called back 5+ times and I keep being told they will get right back to me, and days/weeks later I hear nothing. The first visit was back on Oct 30th. They did not fix my original problem of my heat sometimes not coming on (the thermostat temp will be below the desired temp, but the heat just won't come on), and they apparently DO NOT CARE to continue fixing my problem or calling me back! Not so much as a status update.... Avoid!

Great and he helped problem solve a leaking radiator as well, which could save us a lot of money if it was the simple fix he tried.

A great experience! We got the Angie's List $75 furnace tune-up. Keith came right when scheduled, was careful to take of shoes to not bring snow in. Very professional--gave detailed info, replaced our air filter (and advised me to change it more often than I had been). He carefully showed me how to program the thermostat to alternate between night and day settings. So great to have a problem-free, courteous experience (He also wore facemask correctly throughout!)
