The person who came to my home was professional and on time. The water heater servicing was quick and convenient.

Pronto scheduling was extremely quick and efficient. The operator took the time to search for a coupon to lower my cost. She was personable and made scheduling easy. The tech showed up 15 minutes early but called ahead of time to make sure it was ok they showed up early, this was much appreciated. The inspection/tune up lasted about an hour, hour and a half and the tech was informative and helpful in answering all questions. It's an older furnace but they didn't try to upsell me into a new furnace. They gave me the relevant information and provided a number for any follow up.

Very prompt and professional. Went out of their way to fix things.

Our experience with Pronto was top-notch! I was impressed from the moment I called...I actually talked to a real person right away. Jason was very helpful and gave me a lot of information, which was helpful in determining what direction we were going to go. Our existing water heater was not even 6 years old and it was leaking and corroded. I e-mailed Jason pictures of our current water heater and he recommended a replacement and a warranty that covers repairs, replacement and labor for 12 years. Considering we were replacing a unit after only 6 years, we definitely wanted the warranty! They were on time for our appointment, wore covers for their shoes, put down plastic wrap to protect our carpets and were quick in removing the old unit and installing the new one. The entire process took less than 2 hours. All of the people we worked with in the process were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and would definitely recommend them!

Work was done promptly. Installer was creative with a difficult venting issue. work was neat and clean. It was hot in summer so heating wasn't tested. I had to remind them to send someone to do that before heating season. but they did promptly.

Everything went really well! Pronto arrived on time and completed the services in a timely manner; plus the price was very competitive when completing all the tuneups together. My wife and I plan to use them for all of our future needs on these repairs and tuneups; very impressed and better than other companies I've gone through in the past.

Great. Repairman came on time, was courteous and knowledgeable. Answered my questions and gave me advice about keeping my system in good repair. Even provided me with a completed rebate form for a program of which I was unaware!

Theo came out today, was punctual, and we received a call just before he arrived (a wonderful idea for all repair people). Theo was efficient, polite and explained all he did to the furnace. He spent time adjusting the flame until our furnace ran more efficiently, even though it was running "ok". I appreciate the extra effort taken to adjust the furnace to it's peak performance. Thanks Theo.

Pronto did a great job! Jim was awesome! He did a great job on the first visit of being creative with some of the difficult parts and had a "we can do it" attitude. This was very different than the other 3 companies I had come out who only wanted to talk about how hard my project was and how busy they were. When it came time for the install, Jim and John came out and were courteous, made sure to answer any questions that I had, and offered their followup services if I had any further questions. I think Pronto should be a model for for all contractors on how to conduct business. Great job.

It took three attempts to actually get the unit installed due to "structural" issues in my building. I live on the second floor of an old two-story brick apartment building with radiator heat. During the first attempt, the exterior unit wouldn't fit through the roof access so I had to review where it would be located and have them reschedule (it is now located on the ground next to the building). During the second attempt, the installer was not aware there were steel plates in the wall above the windows (old brick building) until after an installation hole had been drilled in the LR/DR and the steel plate was hit. We had to post-pone installation that day because I needed to reconsider where the interior wall units could be installed. On the third attempt we were successful!!! The head in the DR was able to be installed on an interior wall, and the head in the BR was able to be installed above the windows AND above the steel plate, without compromising the crown molding. The installer and assistant were very good at the installation, even though they may not have been familiar with the building structure. I was only able to give a B for quality because we later discovered there was a problem with the 'wiring' of the interior heads. I have two heads inside and one compressor/heat pump outside. During installation, the wiring for the refrigerant signal for the interior units was crossed (I guess this is not that uncommon). When the unit in the BR was turned on, the fan came on in the BR, but the refrigerant was activated in the DR, and vice versa. This was discovered because I turned on the BR unit, and I thought it worked fine. The next morning I decided to turn on the DR unit, and water came out of it. so I immediately turned that one off. I called for service and by the time the tech and I could sync up our schedules, the exterior unit and the DR interior unit were iced up. Because of the ice, the tech wasn't able to do anything, and couldn't really even tell what was wrong. I had to get schedule a separate appointment while waiting for the units to deice. The tech that came immediately recognized the problem, and it was quickly rectified. Both units are now working beautifully! Although I had this little problem, I would still recommend Pronto. Throughout the multiple visits the estimator, installers and techs made to my home, they were very conscious of my time and were extremely prompt. They were careful with my belongings, and did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. I think there were a lot of factors at play here that no one was aware of when it came to the physical placement of the units, and I can't blame anyone for that. Definitely recommend Pronto!

I ended up buying a plan and I think it's $240. That covers for them to come in and tune-up my AC as well. It came with a furnace filter as well. It sounded like a pretty good deal.

Their very professional, they explained what their doing, they always arrive promptly at the scheduled time.

The technician who responded to our call was very friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. Our A/C unit stopped working on one of the hottest days in August, and after calling in the morning, they were out to evaluate our unit that same afternoon! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It went very good. They called to confirm the scheduled installation the day before. They showed up on time. Did the work as outlined by the proposal. Gave us a few extras and cleaned up leaving our house as they found it.
