Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning

I was traveling, so I asked multiple times that they coordinate with my tenant. After a bunch of runaround, they made, but then flaked on the appointment. Then for some reason they found it necessary to send a customer satisfaction survey via email. I replied expressing my frustration, and asking to reschedule, and they didn't even reply. Infuriating dealing with them

They were able to come to my house within two days of my call. The man who came to my house was very profession.

Our salesperson (Kurt) was amazing, told us many options for our home, then pinpointed the system he thought would meet our needs well (Bryant Evolution system). Our installation team (Blaine, Haso) were courteous, responsive to questions, provided significant insight into our ventilation system, installed the units, and were very friendly throughout the entire process. The install was labor intense, due to our previous system being drastically outdated, and multiple modifications being needed to replace the required units and update our home to meet city code requirements, but the updates were completed without hesitation, and the end product looks neat and tidy. . Sitting in what used to be the coldest room in our home, I am comfortable in a light t-shirt and jeans! We are very pleased with our purchase, and will certainly utilize Pronto in the future!

This was a choppy installation. What was supposed to take (1) day ended up taking (4), and all but (1) radiator ended up leaking due to poor installation. The leaking radiators resulted in water damage to our carpeting, which Pronto has offered to fix. I will update my review upon carpet repair to potentially change my evaluation.

The company was very pleasant to deal with, punctual and did very good work. They explained that things looked fine, but in the future to watch out for some rust, but not bad enough now to warrant attention. Cleaned up well afterwards. Overall, friendly, good price and work done well.

The technician was very professional, he checked the CO level which was within spec, and adjusted the gas pressure to bring it down further to where the inspector wanted it to be. We documented this with photographs of his equipment and on the invoice which was immediately emailed to me.

Very well. We haven't been very diligent about routine maintenance, so we didn't know exactly what to expect. Pronto's representative showed us step-by-step what he recommended and why, but was not pushy whatsoever. Very satisfied with the service.

Pronto offered me a variety of options and price points as well as recommendations for my 1930's Sears Catalog home in S. Minneapolis. I elected for a full furnace and A/C replacement because of the available rebates and energy savings. Team was on-time when scheduled. They did a good job overall of protecting the house with covers and protection for my floors. They removed all of the pieces and parts from the old system and recycled them. Left me with a shiny new system and then conducted training to get it set up correctly, including the new web application. They also had pre-filled out all of the rebates for me and gave me the forms I would need for my taxes, including the copies, stamps and envelopes. It was as user friendly of a rebate system that I've ever seen. My new system runs well and I've had no issues. I was really impressed by how quickly they came out and how the presented the available options to me without trying to oversell a system for the size of my small home. A+ on integrity, customer service and ease of use.

Great! It started with me receiving an email and call regarding the appointment for the next morning, which I liked. Keith showed up on time and ready to go at 7:00 AM. I explained that I had a few questions and one issue to have him look at, knowing this was just a "tune-up" visit. Keith answered my questions and provided guidance on my furnace, then fixed a small wiring issue he found, which fixed my issue. He then performed the tune-up and provided me with the results. Pronto also notified me that, because I use CenterPoint, there's a $25 rebate I could receive when completing a fall tune-up, and provided me with the paperwork to submit for the rebate. There was no hard-sell for any additional services and no extra fees for his time. He was done in under 90 minutes and out the door. I would definitely use Pronto (and Keith) again.

Great job. Done quickly and then advice about my dryer care maintenance I could care for on my own.

No complaints. Jesse took the time to actually explain what he was doing and (from a high level) how the furnace worked. Very professional service.

Crew got here at 7am. Removed the old furnace, we were told the old furnace had a cracked heat exchanger ( carbon menoxoide ) and were told not to use it. We needed it right away. They replaced it the same day. Total of five guys coming and going all day, cleaned up and hauled everything away. We were left with a very neat professional looking job. Can't say enough about how well the job went. The bid we got was higher than the other bid we got and they worked with us some on that. I have learned that some times cheaper is not always better when it comes to some jobs and they were better I am sure. We would use them again in a heart beat. Thanks Guys.

Terrific. In at 8 a.m, out by 11:45 a.m. including good clean up, good communication about problems, and a couple of extra unplanned fixes for no extra charge.

They always do a great job. They installed a new furnace and AC unit in 2011 and I always use them for my annual furnace and AC checks. Robby P. this time and he did a great job - on time, professional, checked everything out. Will continue to use them and refer them to friends and family.

Jon, Kevin, Andrew, and Ben were an excellent crew with great team work. They were courteous, punctual, and efficient. The removal of our old equipment and installation of the new happened in one day as promised. Jon's instructions of our new digital thermostat was comprehensive, and understandable. That says a lot as we are in our 70's

It went well. They arrived on time and ended early.

They did a great job from start to finish. The home had been built by my dad back in 1968. When the home was built, there was a furnace installed in the basement, but no air vents to heat the 2nd floor. My dad cut vent openings around the outside edges of the 2nd floor, since he had planned to install year round heat "in the future." I thought that it was really great that Pronto hooked all the vents up with the holes my dad had cut almost 50 years ago :-) I wasn't able to be there because of my work schedule. The installers moved a lot of stuff in the basement in order to get the new furnace and air ducts put in. They swept the floor and locked up when they left.

Great. They showed up when they said they would and did the work. Resulted in a very nice savings on my energy bills.

They were great. Came out quickly, gave a good quote, explained everything well, arrived on time to install and did so without disruption and mess. Finished with sending us all of the rebate paperwork filled out and basically ready to go. Absolutely fantastic experience!

The job was tricky and the team rose to the challenge, problem solving as they went. The end product exceeded my expectations in both layout and efficiency. Not only that, they were one of the most competitive bids I received. Since flipping the heat on, the entire house now runs at a constant heat in each room - something we have never had. Great job all around.

Theo came and was great to work with. He was thorough with his work, stayed for about 1.5 hours and ensured that we understood what he was doing. He was punctual and professional throughout, and not intimidating when explaining his process. He talked to us in detail about the benefits of having a service plan in place and why it is beneficial to us, especially because both of our units are not new. He also looked at our air filter and made recommendations to add a pre-filter which we were not aware of.
